We arrived outside of this window and were informed the reservation was canceled. The employee working made no effort to help us. The store closed while we were waiting to talk to someone and they stated they could not help make a new reservation since the location was now closed. They turned the lights out on us. I wrote to Enterprise and received no response and they have been no help in obtaining a refund. Will not rent from Enterprise again after this experience.
