  ​Had a great experience renting a car here. The process took a while but the car was clean and ready to go. A big thank you to Valerie, she was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole pickup easy. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again!

  shameful dishonest service showed a booking in phone for Europa car hire to advisor didn't bother checking. Just tried to charge me more money to change even though the booking wasn't to them. I was simply at the wrong address I then took a taxi to Central London discover it was europacar in Watford? Cost me about £100 in taxis Really poor customer service. There was about 15 people waiting what they care about money

  I recently rented from enterprise Wembley north and was so disgusted by the customer service from the manager Valerie . If I could give zero stars I would. The other staff are amazing however the customer service from Valerie sadly undermines this. Never in my 25 years of living have I experienced a manager who lacks empathy and understanding. My experience with her left me feeling very embarrassed. Do better.

  Debbie at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Wembley North was absolutely brilliant. She was so funny, lovely, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish, which made the whole experience really enjoyable and stress-free.   I don’t often leave reviews, but Valerie absolutely deserves one. I had a nine-seater van booked weeks in advance for a trip with eight of my friends visiting from abroad—so this was a crucial booking. Then, two nights before I was due to pick it up, the reservation was unexpectedly cancelled due to what seemed like a system/computer error. No one could really explain what happened. Situations like that can easily turn stressful, but Valerie handled it with a level of professionalism that’s genuinely rare to come by. She took full ownership, sorted everything out quickly, and kept me informed throughout, turning what could have been a potentially disastrous situation into a completely smooth and stress-free experience. From there on, everything was seamless—clear communication, no confusion, no delays—and she anticipated things before I even had to ask. That kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference, especially when you’re busy and just need things to work. What really stood out was her attitude. Friendly, calm, and completely on top of everything. She made the whole process feel effortless. Valerie is exactly the kind of person you hope to deal with but rarely do. A real credit to the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again purely because of her. Thank you Valerie :)
