  Good experience at this location close to local rail station and bus stops, I have picked up and dropped off here several times with no issues. I don’t like their fuel policy, return car with same level in tank as when you pick up, it’s a guessing game. Prefer pick up full and return full. Works much better for me; especially with the price of fuel these days.

  The team were friendly and helpful giving a prompt service but managing to still cover all the necessary instructions for my hire car before I left. Also the car was ready on arrival and lovely and clean. A+ service well done

  I have AA insurance and this is the company they use for courtesy cars. I recently broke down and got a 3 day courtesy car. At the end of the 3 days I decided to hire the car for longer and went into the office to do this. A blonde lady served me, had a really strange approach with me. She asked for my national insurance number and when told by the man behind the desk that I was a regular customer she tries to embarrass the staff member by saying” do you want to take over then” poor man looked perplexed. He never said he wanted to serve me just making her aware that they know me. She proceeded to check the car, as they always do but in such great detail! Calling people over to check scratches, checking under window wipers etc. I have hired a car from here a number of times and never ever had an experience like this one. I had picked up on her unfriendly aura towards me and tried super hard to be polite but didn’t help atal. I took the car back early today, due to my anxiety around this. I got so anxious taking the car back that I took my mum with me. Before even entering the office she had come out wanting to serve me. I told her I would prefer to deal with someone else. She just walked off totally unbothered. So unprofessional. Shame because enterprise portslade would always be my first choice for car rental, but due to this.. I will not be going back, unless I am forced to do so through my own insurance company. The lady that did serve me in the end (Laura) was lovely. Very professional , friendly and a genuinely nice human being. As are all the others, the guys are all great. I didnt catch her name, but she’ll be the one trying to scare you into getting extra insurance, and to bring the car back on empty so they can do a fuel match.. Again never had this happen before. They usually encourage to bring the car back with the same amount of petrol it had when you picked it up. But not this lady. I made sure the tank was full today. Absoloutly not falling for any of her tactics. Hope no one else does. The dread I felt when driving and parking this car up overnight has been awful. I couldn’t wait to get it back today. Feel kind of sad writing this, because I have used them often and all the other staff are great. But what I experienced was not ok.
