I went into the petrol station and it says that the inside shop (where you can pay at the till) is open until 9 pm. I arrived at 8.50 and wanted to pay inside and it was saying pay only at pump. I actually wanted to use the inside shop to purchase something but it was closed. There was members of staff inside and in my opinion if it says that the kiosk is open until 9 pm they should keep it open until that time. Is not the first time that this happen. You should either change the time of opening or closing or actually keep the door open until said closing time.

It's a fuel station but, lower prices than the average which, is ideal for this current fuel price rises

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly can’t thank Dawn and Ashley at Tesco Clermiston Fuel Station enough for the way they dealt with a very stressful situation for me today. My card wasn’t working when I went to pay, and I was already under a huge amount of stress. Instead of making the situation more difficult, both Dawn and Ashley were incredibly understanding, calm and helpful. They promptly worked with me to set up a plan to pay and sorted everything out completely hassle-free. I was also getting a meal deal for my kids for school, and they were genuinely kind enough to offer to cover it for me. Luckily, I found £5 in my pocket to cover it myself, but the fact they were willing to do that honestly says everything about the kind of people they are. I went in feeling extremely stressed, but both of them completely calmed me down, reassured me and sorted the situation promptly and professionally without making me feel embarrassed or judged. That level of customer service genuinely makes a difference. Dawn and Ashley went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and understanding. We need more customer service staff like these two! 👏❤️ Thank you both so much — your kindness today really meant a lot.
