The staff at the Edinburgh Omni centre were fantastic. Easy to work with, professional and highly efficient. Cannot recommend these people enough. They completely looked after us and made the whole experience so easy and good. Credit to them all. They are true assets to the Sixt brand. We will only ever use Sixt for any rentals in future as a result of how we were looked after by the staff in Edinburgh and on the phone prior to calling in to collect teh hire car. Well done guys! Great experience with Sixt in Edinburgh city centre! The rental process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I even received a complimentary car upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! Returning the car was just as smooth, and the price was the best I could find. Excellent service and great value for money. Highly recommended!

We pre booked our rental and we were told that we wouldn’t be charged any other fees but when the payment went through we were charged the additional fees anyways. They gave back the deposit then sent a message saying there was new damage but we took pictures before we left the lot and the damage was already there. Try to avoid SIXT or make sure you take precautions and document everything.

Very disappointing experience with Drivalia in Edinburgh. I was told that I had to pay an additional £50 for insurance coverage that subsequently turned out not to be necessary. The information I was given was contradictory, and I felt misled during the rental process. Before booking, they responded quickly to emails. However, once the booking was made and problems arose, they stopped responding and simply directed me to a questionnaire. Very little transparency and extremely disappointing customer service.

I visited Edinburgh in August and rented a car from Sixt, having made the reservation via the app. Upon my arrival at the office, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Ross Collier. He asked about the purpose of the rental and recommended a different vehicle, providing a more spacious and superior car for the same price; he also provided a booster seat for my child at no extra or hidden cost. I later noticed that Mr. Ross was actually the branch manager. ... I highly recommend renting from this location due to the exceptional service.
