  Oficina situada en el centro de la ciudad de Edimburgo, en el tercer sótano del parking del edificio Omni Center. El servicio es bastante rápido y el personal, es muy amable, en especial Daniel, que nos atendió de manera muy profesional. La ubicación es muy buena para recoger tu coche y salir de ruta para visitar el país.

  We had a terrible experience at a different rental company in the same parkade, and ended up at Sixt desperate for a car to rescue our vacation. Daniel was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind, and went above and beyond to get us a car within minutes, despite being an incredibly busy time (Edinburgh Fringe). The car has been excellent, and Daniel made sure we got the best possible deal on it. So happy with how this turned out.

  I had one of the best pick up experiences here, the person who served me was Sufian , a very great personality, he was able to support me not just in get me the right car but also an upgrade for the car, which due to to some SIXT issue he was able to support me and I could carry on my journey. The car tire unfortunately wasn’t road worthy which I realized later and the next process is painful but hats off to Sufian for going above and beyond even when I was stranded to support me. He as a person represented the best of what a customer experience should embody, cheerful, understanding and helpful beyond the call. kudos to him

  I would like to express my appreciation for Ross at SIXT. Despite repeated prompts to check in online, I chose to visit the branch in person, and I’m very glad I did. Ross provided excellent guidance and assisted me in selecting a more suitable vehicle than the one I had originally reserved. His professionalism and customer‑focused approach made a clear difference. Thank you for the outstanding support.

  Picking up the car was fine, however after returning they're now trying to charge us £1000 for tiny unnoticeable damage not caused by us. Be warned. The car park is dark, the app to upload any damage to the car at check in does not work. I'd suggest forcing them to do a walkover of the car at check in, and recording all damage explicitly, along with taking your own video. Inevitably this will go through insurance, but it's a massive pain and inconvenience, and will still cost us money.
