They treated me with kindness and care the whole way through my rental experience, from pick up to return. I am very satisfied. I liked the car, the Nissan Juke. At the start of my rental period, the pickup associate was very patient and made sure I had the right car and the right rental features, at a good price for a long standing customer (Emerald club member). I liked her a lot. I wanted to switch from manual to automatic transmission, and this change from my initial reservation was done for me, without any delay, on the spot, with a car ready and available. And the return staff were equally helpful and kind. The location manager was also very personable and communicated with me to ensure I was satisfied and pleased with my overall experience, which I am. I appreciate the good customer service, the location at the main train station, Waverley, and the availability of a good variety of vehicles, and I will rent from this location and National in the future.
