  Should be zero stars. Avoid this branch at all costs. Management (Kristin Langdale) has adopted predatory and exploitative practices to pressure customers to buy their insurance. And when declined, they will find any reason to charge you for “damage”. I returned a beautiful Mercedes C-class in good condition and Kristin claimed a scuff on the tire wall was a scratch that jeopardizes the safety of future drivers and the integrity of the tire. Look at the photo for yourself. Does this justify a “damage claim” of $250? After weeks of trying to contact the branch, they are non responsive. This branch and management are completely corrupt. I expected better from an international company like Enterprise/National. You should be ashamed of yourself. If you don’t want the tire touched the ground, keep it in a museum. Don’t rent it out and punish customers for doing what it’s supposed to do - drive!

  Confirmed 7-seater booking wasn’t honoured at Edinburgh Waverley—no notice, just a downgrade to a 5-seater, and the child seat wasn’t provided at the start. We had to go back multiple times and make extra bookings (including a 9-seater and two corporate-rate reservations) and they still couldn’t supply what was confirmed. We ended up forced into renting two cars just to handle luggage and baby gear—at extra cost and wasted time entirely due to their inventory mess. Then one car broke down and we were stranded in a remote area with a baby; assistance was late and a replacement was not arranged promptly, costing us nearly two days of our trip. This branch overpromises, underdelivers, and doesn’t take responsibility. Avoid.
