Can definitely be tricky to get to, but staff are very helpful and cars as nice as any other location. Was worried they wouldnt have a large selection, but they had plenty of cars. Prepare for a bit of a queue, so plan accordingly for time if needed (i waited 20 minutes at 10am on a Mon).

The one day rental experience was splendid. The ease of pickup and drop off was brilliant. Thanks to my Emerald status, I was upgraded to a new SUV for a midsize car booking. The staff are really nice and helpful too.

Excellent team of considerate and capable professionals working here. They treated me with kindness and care the whole way through my rental experience, from pick up to return. I am very satisfied. I liked the car, the Nissan Juke. At the start of my rental period, the pickup associate was very patient and made sure I had the right car and the right rental features, at a good price for a long standing customer (Emerald club member). I liked her a lot. I wanted to switch from manual to automatic transmission, and this change from my initial reservation was done for me, without any delay, on the spot, with a car ready and available. And the return staff were equally helpful and kind. The location manager was also very personable and communicated with me to ensure I was satisfied and pleased with my overall experience, which I am. I appreciate the good customer service, the location at the main train station, Waverley, and the availability of a good variety of vehicles, and I will rent from this location and National in the future.
