  Had a great experience and really enjoyed the test drive led by Julie. She was friendly, knowledgable and very patient. Unfortunately we never got to test the car on the motorway due to an accident on the road. Julie did her best to find a better route, but it just wasn’t to be. Julie has kindly reached out and offered to take the car out to me to experience the drive again. I would also like to shout out Carieann who we initially met at the Scottish Open and who took the time to talk us through Genesis and the cars, this was the reason I felt the desire to test drive the GV60 in the first place.

  I had the GV60 for several days and fell head over heels in love! What a car. Pure luxury and a dream to drive. The staff at Genesis Studio Edinburgh were all fantastic too and really friendly and accommodating, with the lovely Jana kindly dropping the car off at my workplace. I honestly can’t fault the staff or the car. Thank you Genesis!

  What a wonderful demo experience from Julie today, I felt extremely relaxed in her company. I learned so much about the brand and the GV60’s features and performance - Julie is extremely knowledgeable. This was the most engaging test drive I’ve ever had, more of an experience than a standard test drive. Thanks to Julie, the Genesis has not only been introduced to me for the first time in thorough detail, but has also gone straight the top of my list of potential performance EVs. I had a lot of fun today - thank you Julie!

  I recently had the pleasure of test driving the Genesis GV60, and I came away thoroughly impressed. The car is beautifully designed, feels incredibly premium, and offers a smooth, quiet, and refined driving experience. The performance is excellent, and the quality of the interior really stands out. A special mention goes to Julie, brand ambassador who made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the car's features without any pressure. Julie answered all of my questions honestly and offered helpful advice to make sure I understood the different options available. Her friendly and professional approach really enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend both the Genesis GV60 and Julie if you're considering a Genesis. Outstanding customer service and an exceptional car.

  I would like to thank Jana for the excellent service she provided during my visit and test drive recently. Jana was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She was friendly and genuinely interested in trying to help us find the right vehicle. We are at the start of our EV journey, we had many questions and Jana was able to answer them all as honestly and informatively as possible. We are due to make our decision in the next few months when our contract ends on our current car. The GV60 was a beautiful car to drive with an even more impressive interior. It is now very high on our list as our replacement car. Jana is a great representative of the Genesis brand and I would highly recommend both her and the Genesis team to anyone considering a vehicle.
