  I would like to thank Julie for the excellent service she provided during my visit and test drive. Julie was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and honestly, and I never felt under any pressure. She was friendly, approachable and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. What impressed me most was how comfortable and relaxed she made the experience. It felt more like a conversation than a sales appointment, which I really appreciated. Julie is a great representative of the Genesis brand and I would highly recommend both her and the Genesis team to anyone considering a vehicle.   My initial contact with Genesis was via the online contact form on the website and I was subsequently contacted by the team in Edinburgh who supported and assisted me from my initial enquiry, responding to my many queries and facilitating contact with Genesis Leeds where I purchased a GV70 to which I am more than happy with. The team in Edinburgh, Andrew, Jana and Jinno made the purchase and acquisition seamless and less stressful. They facilitated the delivery and handover of the vehicle in Edinburgh and Jinno spent a considerable time generating an awareness of the technological strengths of the vehicle and setting a personal template which I was happy with prior to departing with the vehicle. I may have spent days otherwise doing so. I did generate many queries and challenges to which Jana liaised with Customer Services and Genesis Leeds where the car was purchased from. Thank you for an excellent experience, your tolerance and for that sense of experiencing the sense of being a cherished guest.

  Outstanding customer experience at genesis studio Edinburgh My family and I visited Genesis Studio Edinburgh yesterday as we are currently looking for a new car. We only intended to have a brief look around as we were short on time, but the experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Jinno made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were particularly interested in the new GV70 Luxury, and his knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and explain the features and benefits of the car without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was his approach to customer service. We had our young daughter with us, and Jinno kindly gave her a box of crayons, which she absolutely loved. This small gesture made a big difference and helped make the visit enjoyable for the whole family. Jinno also offered us a test drive so that we could properly experience the vehicle for ourselves. Throughout our visit, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping us make an informed decision rather than pushing for a sale. That approach made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. After our visit, he promptly emailed all the information we had discussed and made it clear that he was available if we had any further questions. He even offered to arrange another test drive at our home, which demonstrates the outstanding level of service Genesis provides. Overall, I would rate our experience 10/10. Jinno’s professionalism, knowledge, and customer-focused attitude made this one of the best car-buying experiences we have had. We are now very much looking forward to ordering our new GV70 and would highly recommend Genesis Studio Edinburgh to anyone considering a Genesis vehicle.   We visited looking for a used electric car and were immediately struck by the calm, friendly atmosphere. There was absolutely no sales pressure - just a genuine confidence in the product and a hope that we would like it too. We were offered a test drive with Jinno on the same day, which was greatly appreciated. What really set the experience apart was Jinno’s commitment to customer service. From welcoming us when we first arrived, to arranging and accompanying the test drive, following up afterwards, and even travelling to Dundee to provide an at-home test drive, he consistently went above and beyond. Jinno’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. He provided by far the best car-buying experience we could have hoped for, and we would highly recommend both him and the dealership to anyone considering an electric vehicle. Fortunately, the cars themselves are every bit as impressive as the customer service—which is saying something. The quality of the vehicle matched the exceptional experience we received throughout the process, making the decision an easy one. We will be looking to buy a GV60 this summer.

  We had an excellent experience with Genesis in Edinburgh. We visited the experience centre to learn more about the GV60, and Jinno was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. My partner was able to take a test drive on the day of our visit, and Jinno kindly arranged to bring the car to Dundee the following weekend so that I could drive it as well. We were very impressed with both the GV60 and the outstanding level of customer service we received. The attention to detail, flexibility, and personal approach made the whole experience enjoyable and was genuinely the best customer service we’ve experienced when considering a new car. We would highly recommend Genesis and would like to thank Jinno for all his help.
