  Very impressed by the customer service I received on returning my rental car today. I arrived just as it began pouring rain, with my young child, pram and car seat in tow. I had intended on walking home but Kinga, one of the team offered me a lift home. Genuine care for customers is hard to find these days. Thank you

  VERY disappointed by this agency. We were wrongly accused of damaging the car. Even with proof (photos we took as soon as we saw the car) that the car was in the same condition they gave to us, they were demanding money for the so called damage.

  Very disappointed with my recent experience with Enterprise. £499 was taken from my debit card for alleged damage without any prior written notification, evidence, or opportunity to dispute. The only contact was a single out-of-hours phone call with no voicemail, email, or text, and when I called back the office was closed. I was explicitly told by Enterprise it was fine to leave the vehicle at Mercedes Newbridge and that they would collect it, so no walk-round inspection was carried out with me. I categorically deny causing any damage and none was raised at return. Despite classifying the issue as a “crack,” I was later informed the vehicle is currently back out on hire and won’t be repaired until the new year, which raises serious concerns about how this charge has been justified. Acknowledging the excess is not consent to an undisputed deduction. The lack of transparency and “charge first, explain later” approach has been extremely stressful. I would strongly advise others to take detailed photos and avoid returns without a face-to-face inspection.
