Staff were superb on drop off, very understanding and attentive. Also a bonus that they have several bus stops within a minutes walk which makes it very easy to get home afterwards.

Surely, tyres for the 2026 new car should last longer? If it were my car, I would claim the tyre warranty unless they were swapped. A pre-existing scratch was reported as an accident despite my noted objections. Luckily, I am not paying, but they definitely found a way to make money. Very unethical. I would be too worried to use Enterprise services in the future due to this experience, which is a shame. I will also complain to the insurer as they put me in this position. I am very upset and don't wish to be contacted.
