  I was really pleasantly surprised renting a car for one day from enterprise. Staff were brilliant, car was great, very reasonable approach to deposits/damage, short wait to collect and drop off. Helpful email in advance of pick up. Only suggestion is to put a google listing for the car park entrance as it’s really hard to navigate to/book an Uber using the map provided (or add nearby Google listings to the map).

  Thanks Nathan at Car Enterprise! You were kind and helpful. The parking garage was confusing but after a couple circles we finally found that the rental car return was on the basement level.

  I returned my one-way rental here, and there were some issues to sort out with the final bill (problem with the reservation system, not the staff). The staff here was so understanding and helpful in resolving the issues. I would absolutely recommend them. Stellar customer service. Thank you!

  Worst experience with Enterprise. When we rented the car, Sophie (the agent at the garage), mentioned the car had just been in an accident and was repaired, and Enterprise had taken photos of the vehicle. The back driver side door handle *cover* was missing. She assured us again before we left that they had photo documentation of the vehicle. Shame on us for not taking our own photos. When we returned the car to Glasgow, the agent there noticed the door handle missing- which we explained was like that when we rented the vehicle and there was documentation. Lo and behold, there was no documentation. We were charged an additional $500 for a plastic cover of a door handle that retails for $40. Back and forth between ourselves and Enterprise took 3 months to settle. Next time we’ll just take the train.

  Our booking got cancelled the day before our move, on a Saturday afternoon, because whoever had the van on the day extended their hours till the next day. They could not provide a different medium van. m When they were offering alternatives on the phone, suddenly we could no longer book it because they required a credit rather than a debit card. On a Saturday afternoon, when most other van hiring companies were already closed. Very poor planning on their behalf, certainly would not recommend relying on this company.
