  I had a nice experience renting a car through them. Connor was very helpful. Car condition was good. And the drop of at Inverness was smooth as well. The negative reviews are off putting but its more a sign of the fact positive experiences are less conveyed online ( Just a fact of human nature i guess!) Will definitely recommend overall.

  Unacceptable end to my rental experience. This location appears to actively target tourists/foreigners with hyper-detailed, bogus damage claims upon return. I was flagged for a microscopic scratch that would never be flagged by an honest Enterprise (see attached photo). What makes it worse is that the staff masked this predatory practice behind a friendly attitude. Absolute wolves in sheep's clothing. Take your business elsewhere.

  EDIT: CS reached out, apologised and refunded the money. Appreciate it. ​I had a great experience renting from this location right up until the very end. When I arrived to return the vehicle, there was a queue, and I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the customers ahead of me to be served. Because of this slight delay, Enterprise billed me for an entire extra day, without explicitly mentioning it to me during the return. When I called customer service to explain that the delay was due to traffic and the wait time at their branch, I was told I had missed the grace period by just 2 minutes and they refused to refund the charge. Make sure to check all charges while returning.

  Reservamos 3 coches. Los tres con las mismas condiciones y entrega en aeropuerto Edimburgo. Al entregar uno de ellos el chico de la recogida mostraba en la tablet una cantidad más grande de la que habíamos pagado y le enseñamos la factura de que la cantidad era menos y nos dijo que ok. No nos entendió o no quiso hacerlo. Sin ninguna explicación nos han cobrado casi 400€ de más y eso que entregamos el coche perfecto, incluso con más gasolina que cuando lo recogimos. Han pasado unos días y no nos dan una contestación. Eso sí, para cobrar si se dan prisa. ESTAFADORES

  Edinburgh Waverly Train Station left my family (including children) stranded on the side of the road an hour outside Edinburgh when the vehicle they leased us broke down. I had paid for full roadside assistance as well as full vehicle protection (which I paid a high surcharge for). First, roadside assistance said it would take 2.5 hours to get to our location to provide assistance; not safe at all for a family to wait for that long on a roadside. Then Enterprise assured me they would call me back to arrange a replacement vehicle from the closest branch. Four hours and 25 calls later (no one would ever call me back, and every time I called Enterprise said I needed to call either the national number, the closest branch, the Waverly branch, or roadside assistance; it was an endless game of phone tag), Waverly finally told me that the closest branch didn't have any vehicles available so we would have to find our own way back to Edinburgh. That's not easy from the countryside. We had to wait another hour to get a taxi that could take us to a train station, and then another two hours waiting/taking the train. No recompense (or even an apology) whatsoever was offered for our taxi and train expenses, not to mention our time. Completely irresponsible and unsafe for Enterprise to leave a family stranded on the side of the road. DON'T EVER RENT A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE OR THIS LOCATION!!!
