  I hired a car and had a very good experience. Taash was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly & provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate her professionalism and friendly approach. Highly recommended!

  Enormously disappointed. I used Enterprise before and found the people friendly and helpful. But they changed policy recently to use third-party software for an address check - and somehow that software is now more relevant to them than council tax bills, utility bills, bank statements etc. for proving address. Zero flexibility - when the computer says no it’s a no and there seems to be an absolute inability to be human about it. And when we offered to make my wife primary driver and me secondary driver, all of a sudden company policy changed and secondary drivers needed to pass the third-party address check too - as if they were deliberately being as unhelpful as possible. They completely ruined our planned move this way by cancelling our van just the evening before, costing us a small fortune in trains, hotels and storage units to work around it.

  We have had the worst experience with Enterprise Salamander Street. When returning our rental there was a tiny mark (approx 1cm) on the tyre and they informed us that this would mean we needed to pay for a whole new one. We tried to argue that this was present in our photos we took when we picked up the car (it was right next to some pre-existing alloy damage) but the associate helping us was not willing to review the pictures and gave us an email to contact to dispute the fine. We did just that and heard nothing for weeks. We were charged £160 for one tyre replacement and were not provided with a description of damage or invoice. When we questioned what was going on we just received an email stating there were no “traffic fines” on the vehicle. They still did not clarify what the charges were for or review our dispute in any way. We are now here more than two months later after several emails and disputes with the bank and have only just received an invoice including over £70 of admin fees. This is from a completely different email address that was given to us by Jenna at Enterprise and it feels like we were purposely given the wrong information to stop us disputing the claim. Overall an terrible experience.

Dal punto di vista del servizio, nulla da dire. Check-in e riconsegna adeguati, anche il tempo di rimborso del deposito cauzionale è stato rispettato. Unico dettaglio: è stato fornito un veicolo diverso da quello prenotato, ma di fatto era equivalente.
