    I recently hired a car for the day, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Jena was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful when collecting the vehicle. They clearly explained the car’s features and controls, made sure I understood all the important information, and took the time to answer any questions I had. All emergency contact details and any potential charges were explained clearly, which gave me complete confidence before setting off. When returning the car, Ellie was equally professional and efficient. The handover was quick, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. Both members of staff provided outstanding customer service and made the entire rental process smooth. I would happily use this branch again in the future for the reliable and professional car hire experience.

    Seeing the reviews prior to picking up the car I'd rented, I admit I was a little worried, however my experience was great ! I rented a car for 5 days to go around the country and everything went well. I got a brand new car, the staff was efficient and professionnal and I got my deposit back right after dropping off the car.

    Abit of a disappointing experience at this branch. Was told I need a credit card to use car club however when looking online and calling them up I was told otherwise and managed to sort it. Folks at this branch haven’t gotten a clue what’s happening would recommend another branch if you would want to do business with them.
