- AAAlfredAug 7, 20264.0第一次在英国租车自驾，从格拉斯哥中央车站附近的 Enterprise 提车，一路游览了苏格兰高地，最后在爱丁堡市中心还车。我们租的是 Volvo XC90，车况很好，车辆很新，提车手续也很高效，工作人员服务态度不错，整体租车体验还是令人满意的。 唯一比较意外的是还车时，工作人员发现后保险杠有两条超过 30cm 的划痕。我们整个行程没有发生碰撞或明显刮擦，因此也不清楚划痕是如何产生的。根据工作人员解释，我们购买的保护方案（Excess Protection）仍有 £250 的自付额（excess），需要先预授权/扣取 £250，待维修部门完成定损后，再按实际维修费用结算；如果维修费用低于 £250，会退还差额；超过 £250 的部分则由保险承担。 对第一次在英国租车的游客来说，这是一个值得提前了解的租车规则。整体而言，车辆、服务和取还车流程都不错，希望后续维修定损和退款流程也能同样顺利。

On returning the car there was the tiniest blemish on a tyre which was almost certainly on the car at pick up and they tried to charge £100 for a replacement tyre, I would advise against using this company - I never will again. In fairness I should write a follow up. The car was hired in Glasgow and returned in Edinburgh. On appealing to the Glasgow branch the unfair claim against us was dropped. So full marks to the Glasgow branch for their prompt and fair treatment. However the fact remains that customers need to be on their guard when dealing with the over officious/over zealous Edinburgh branch.

The staff who handled our booking was very helpful and kind, making the booking process, picking up and returning the car less stressful than what it could have been, especially considering that the company is located in Edinburgh city. Overall a very pleasant experience and goof value for money. Thank you.
