- DCDerrick Clark6 days ago1.0You have claimed there was damage to a tire and are trying to take advantage of a tourist in a foreign country. There was nothing more than basic wear and tare that is to be expected after driving 1000 miles. Thomas Marshall the branch manager is 0% helpful and I believe knows he was doing wrong. I will never use Alamo or any of its affiliate brands (Enterprise, National) again. In addition, if Thomas Marshall was ever affiliated with any business, I will never associate myself with anything even remotely close to it. Your customer service was a stain on my vacation, and left me never wanting to come to Scotland again. You ruined a trip.

A very long line, got a car that was much bigger (therefore more expensive to run) than paid for, as a car was not available until later in the day (well beyond our booking time), and was provided incorrect incorrect information from the staff member re excess and then charges. Luckily Expedia Customer service were/are hopefully sorting it out.
