Also more damage uncovered, side skirt paint damaged from where the guy forced a jack under not using a lift even though they were free, and bending jacking point.

Got my front two tyres replaced at another business which was £120 for them both. All that needed done at Abbotsinch was the front wheel alignment after getting the tyres changed. Which they brought to my attention that my shock absorbers are ‘leaking’. After that, I went to my OWN mechanic and he told me there was nothing wrong with them so they’re very clearly at it. I phoned Abbotsinch back to cancel my appointment and the attitude I got off them was appalling all because I called them out on their wrong. Everyone AVOID. Especially if you’re a girl going by yourself trying to get me to set up a payment plan for shock absorbers I don’t need. Additionally, my car got through its MOT not even a week ago, so would the shock absorbers not flag up on said MOT…Laughable.
