Got the car wheel alignment checked here. Very helpful and good service, far better than Halfords and National Tyres and Autocare - the latter replaced a seized tie rod with with one for the wrong side! Will certainly use again when it is time to replace the tyres.

Very impressed with service and the patience shown in explaining everything to me. The Manager even checked the following day in case the tyre was flat again. No hesitation in using them again

Top class team at tyre spot consett, specially Kai who went the extra mile and was totally honest and professional, giving us advice about the tyres that really needed changing and which not, saving us a bit of money too. You don't get to see that nowadays, other places would've told us change the 4 tyres straight away. Top man👌🏼Definitely made a new regular customer here.

I would like to put a big shout out for Mick at Tyrespot Consett. Brought my car in as oil change light had been flashing. Mick advised that i may have an engine issue!!! However Following a diagnostics check Mick confirmed that the issue could be resolved. I would like to thank him personally for his professionalism in getting the issue sorted AND AT SUCH SHORT NOTICE!!!. I now know where to bring my car if i have an further issues. Mick was so helpful and i cant thank him enough. THANK YOU MICK!!!!
