  My daughter booked and paid for a van for a house move 1 month ago. We were due to pick the van up this afternoon. Telephoned to check all was in order only to be told there was no van available. This is absolutely disgusting. Don't rely on this company go elsewhere.

  I used to use them when at lye but not from here I used once was ok 2nd time terrible I had had phone calls and messages wanting to kniw what time I was collecting when I got there they said there was no record of my booking I wasent happy showed them the phone calls and my booking on ohone very rude staff there will never use again

  I would like to thank the staff at Enterprise Stourbridge for their excellent service when I recently rented a van from them. Everything went smoothly, the van was very well presented, and the care and attention I received, particularly from Ethan, was most refreshing.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. I made a confirmed booking for a van to support a house move to Leicester, only to receive a call at 7:30pm the evening before saying there were no vehicles available — despite my reservation being confirmed in advance. This left me in a very difficult position with almost no notice. I was forced to urgently find an alternative, which ended up costing me over £200 more and required hiring the van for an extra day. What made things worse was the attitude when I called to question it. I was told, “we’re not here through the night, so tough,” which is completely unacceptable customer service. A confirmed booking clearly means very little here. Not only was the service unreliable, but the way the situation was handled showed a complete lack of care for the customer. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on Enterprise for anything time-critical.
