  What an unprofessional company or maybe it’s just Stourbridge branch ?. Aviva has booked a hire car for me because my car went for repair and said that enterprise will be in touch right away after phone call with Aviva. No phone call received so I rang Aviva which they transferred me directly to Enterprise in Stourbridge. On the phone with Enterprise two questions asked then put on hold 20min later still on hold that’s very disrespectful. I rang Aviva back and they said they have contacted complaint team and in return they promised that someone will contact me very soon and guess what no phone call. Third attempt rang Aviva they rang Enterprise and again promised that someone will be 100% in touch with me 6pm they are closed no phone call made. Absolutely useless, unprofessional staff at Enterprise, Europcar is a way better service than this place.

  Can’t fault them. Easy to pick up and drop off. I had to have the hire car for around 5 months and during that time it needed a service. They came round to the house to do this rather than me drive the vehicle back to them. Friendly staff

  Appreciated the friendly and professional interactions with staff especially when I collected the car. The efforts made via pre phone call to speed up collection. The quick drop off and the great quality of the car itself. Great experience all round.

  I recently hired a car from Enterprise and had a great experience from start to finish. The car was excellent and the overall service was exactly what I needed. However, Fouad genuinely made the experience 100x better. His customer service was exceptional — he took the time to understand my needs and requirements, made sure everything was sorted smoothly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much effort into making a customer’s experience so positive. Fouad was professional, friendly, helpful and incredibly attentive throughout. Enterprise was great, but Fouad was the standout and made the whole experience exceptional. He is a real credit to the company and deserves recognition for his fantastic service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  This is the best Enterprise I have ever rented from and I rent around the globe. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick. The cars are always in great condition.
