  The costumer service was really bad, the receptionist were asking for credit card to charge me while I had debit card he refused to charge from debit card. Moreover, the guy at the front desk was very rude, Very poor costumer service, would never go to this branch ever.

  Written a similar post on the westbromwich branch because we had the car from there but had to pick up our car from merry hill and drop off the one we was given when we finished. This branch in merry hill and West Bromwich claiming the vehicle they had given us we had damaged. Before we took the vehicle we asked about the damages and they told us it was already logged and it was fine, we took pictures ourself and was happy with that. The car had smelt of weed and had damages when we first got it and the worst thing is the original car we was suppose to have came damaged as well and not road worthy so we had to be given a different one that day. We took the car back, the damages were already logged so we was okay to leave otherwise they wouldn’t of allowed us to go without paying for the damages but the staff here called the West Brom branch to confirm that the damages were already there and we was okay to go because they were logged. Now this company and West Brom are not only trying to take £500 out of the bank without informing us but saying after 3+ months down the line that we damaged the vehicle. We have sent off proof the car and the damages that were already there the day we collected, they also sent us paperwork with a signature that has a completely different signature so it wasn’t even us. They’ve had that car and rented it out since us and now want to try claim damages from us. Despite all the proof and phone calls everyday for weeks we have had they still want to charge us for damage on a car that wasn’t even us. Even the man said that the proof is there on the photos of the day we took the car and the photos we took of the car of the damages already there. I have looked further and deeper in the reviews and they have also done this with many other people(I have screenshots) When we told them to get CCTV up, phone call recordings and to ask the member of staff that was with us that day they had said he don’t work there no more. What a Coincidence. Probably sacked him for not logging the damages. We’ve received a phone call today again after over a month of trying to sort this out that they still want to charge us. Okay that’s fine, we ain’t paying, don’t take it straight to debt collectors take it straight to court I already have had a lawyer involved and they said it would be an easy case to win because of the evidence we have. If you don’t take it to court we happily will and sue for extra on top. I’d rather pay court fees and win and not pay a single penny to these lot. This has caused a lot of stress on me and my partner, I am also heavily pregnant too and high risk. On my last review for West Bromwich they had commented back on the review sending me an email to discuss this further but the email was invalid. There’s nothing to discuss, just take us to court so we can finally end the scamming of this company and the two branches. We’re ready. Under the UK law “burden of proof” if the company does not have proof of before and after the car they can’t find us liable for the damages. They also have 14 days to contact us but they didn’t until 3 months in after giving the car back. Also, under the Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 they are not allowed to take money from us without informing us and after 3 months of giving the car back we had not been in contact with these people and they tried taking £500 out the account, we were the ones who rang them to ask why they took £500 out the account so they hadn’t even tried contacting us.
