  I recently rented a car from Enterprise and had a great experience. I was very happy with the vehicle provided (plate 26). The car was ready on time, clean, and in excellent condition. Everything throughout the rental process was perfect. The staff were professional, efficient, and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely use Enterprise again and highly recommend them.

  Never recieved all the money back from my deposit. Im still owed £25 from March 2026 Just keep on getting messed around "Hi, we would like to discuss this with you. Thank you. –Nellie" Your having a laugh! Almost 3 months i have been ringing you and now you want me to visit your website??? Why dont you do this? When i rang today you told me to email some random email to an ex employee AS SHE WAS THE ONE WHO CAN ONLY DEAL WITH THIS AND THAT SHE NO LONGER WORKS HERE WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS

  Your online booking system is flawed, I booked a large (Renault Master sized) van, I gave nearly a week’s notice to hire it, we needed it to move house, the night before I was due to pick up the van I had a call to say the van wasn’t available as the current hirer had extended their hire period. This meant we had no choice but to use a much smaller van, it was too late in the evening to arrange hire elsewhere. The colleague I dealt with was great, she had worked late to try and fix the issue caused by a poor booking system, she was extremely apologetic and offered a reduction and compensation. The move which would have needed 3 or 4 trips was now going to need at least 6, it ended up with 7 trips. I understand the reason for offering an ‘in-the-moment’ extension to the hire period, however, the impact this has to other customers is unacceptable. There was another customer in the office when I returned the van that had booked a vehicle but when she turned up to collect there was no vehicle there for her either, presumably due to issues with the booking system.
