- SSShane1 day ago5.0I really cant fault the service. Ive been using them for years for all our cars. Recently bought a fiesta st3, which had some suspected tyre issues. Kieth motors, main ford dealer in verwood, couldnt find any issues, but i suspected differently. Losing 10 psi over 2 days. Took it straight to pro tyre who found the valve was leaking. Andrew and the team were brilliant. Also huge shout out to the engineer who sorted mine. He was super knowledgeable about ST's. Really appreciated all his advice. Pricing is ok IMO.

It all started the other day when my tracking needed done,a certain tyre garage 1min around the corner from these guys I won’t name them! he told me he could only do my front tracking as my backtracking bush arm bolts had seized, so after me getting bush arms replaced on the rear I went back down to him today to see if he could do the backtracking as he’d already done the front so he said, a car had luckily broken down on his ramp so he wasn’t able to do my tracking , now I’ve learnt that was a godsend, so at my wits end,a disabled lad with me and my dog in the car these lads brought me in and scanned the car before any work was done and to all our amazement both the front and rear tracking needed done on the car, not only that these boys had to heat up the bushing arm bolts just to be able to track the front so clearly the garage around the corner who took five minutes, and what I’ve now learnt during those five minutes was pretending to do the works and charging me £35 quid for his troubles! iam outraged and sickened to think that there’s companies out there that would do that especially when something is as dangerous as tracking! But it’s restores faith when you meet a professional set up like this buisness! the lads are friendly! The fella in reception is second to none! so a massive thankyou today for your prompt professionalism, honesty and friendliness. I will certainly be back.

I managed a temporary fix, but the tyre is losing air rapidly. I found this shop on Google and rushed here, arriving at 17:20—a full 10 minutes before their official closing time. I politely explained my situation and begged them to help me, as I still have a 15-mile drive ahead of me to get home safely. They flatly refused, claiming they were already closed, and told me to come back tomorrow. To make matters worse, they directed me to "another tyre shop just two streets away" that they claimed was still open. I trusted them and went there, only to find it completely closed—something they undoubtedly already knew. They simply lied to get rid of me. Leaving someone stranded in a vulnerable situation when you still have 10 minutes left on the clock shows a complete lack of basic humanity and customer care. I definitely do not recommend them.

If you want your wheels aligned correctly, I would steer well clear. Took my car in for alignment as the steering wheel was off centre. Once the car was handed back, it was immediately obvious that the problem still existed and was actually worse. I drove straight back, expecting them to offer to have a look again. What actually happened was that they gaslit me into thinking there was something wrong with the car and refused to correct the mistake, falsely claiming the car's computer systems made it impossible to centre. Another, better, local firm has just sorted it in 20 minutes, so it would seem that the car is actually fine. Absolutely do not recommend this branch, due to both their apparent inability to align wheels correctly, and their appalling attitude towards customers.
