  Fantastic service, the gents in the office, especially Chris, helped me get the correct spec tyre that i was after. Professional attitude to my novice questions was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them and i will be returning for my next set. Michelins all the way and they were very competative on price too.

  I popped into this place on the off chance of getting 2 tyres fitted urgently . With no appointment booked james managed to book me in the same day within hours. Very profesional service from him . Very polite knowledgable about my enquiery and a fast fix solution . My car drives much better as he recomended the tracking / alignment service for my 2 new front tyres. I will be going to him for ALL my future trye / service requirements. WELL DONE and thank you james 🙂

  Protyre saved the day again! Booked in to have a battery fitted as mine had completely died,I had booked and paid for the wrong one but the manager sorted it very quickly and we were out and back on the road in half an hr. Brilliant expereience again, can't recommend enough for their friendly service, thank you very much appreciated 🙏☺️

  Had an MOT done at my local garage at the end of July where it passed with a single advisory on tires. Went to Protyre for 4 new tires (which they done a good job) only to be told my breakdiscs were just above legal limit. They offered to do them for £240.00 with new pads (had them done year before). I didn't take them up on their offer as I thought it should of been on the Advisorys. Went back to my local garage where he kindly checked them and told me there was plenty on my dics and they were fine. I have just had my MOT for this year and would you believe it, no Advisory on my breaks. So Protyre was happy to rip me up for £240.00 in a cost of living crisis. The garage was in Poole and the man in charge is called James. So in my opinion, stay clear. Rip off. I will be raising this with their head office.

  ⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Complete Incompetence & Vehicle Damage I'm writing this review on behalf of a friend to warn others. My friend ordered a set of four "brand-new" Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres, and the service he received was shockingly bad and dangerous. Here is exactly what happened: Old Stock: The tyres fitted to the car were already 3 years old (old stock). Dangerous Wheel Bolts: Every single wheel bolt was torqued incorrectly. On one wheel, the bolts did not even have matching torque specifications. Incorrect Pressures: All four tyre pressures were completely wrong. Mechanical Damage: They jacked the car up by one of the control arms, breaking the headlight levelling sensor in the process. Incompetent Alignment: The wheel alignment was done using the wrong vehicle profile on the machine (they selected an air suspension setup, which the car does not have). Missing Parts: To top it all off, they forgot to replace the dust cap on one of the valves. At this point, it is clear that this shop employs untrained staff who have no respect for customer safety or property. This was the absolute worst experience when it comes to tyre replacement. Avoid this place like the plague.
