  Shame as this was my convenient garage as it is close to my place of work,but no more! *After First full service with them I had petrol smell inside my car when driving. They sorted out,saying some silicone was not applied correctly by them * Missing all tyres pressure valves,when tyres were change *Wrong Number of mileage after Mot(luckily I saw it and they changed it) *AC free check and regas last year,they said "all good,no leaking " and in few months there was no gas left.So, money wasted! *Booked again this year for Ac free check and gas and I asked them to be checked properly and "of course" they found it is leaking. *Locking caps of Ac refrigerant were left loose and opposite( after they checked),so they did not fit them back in place, could fall anytime * After my 1 star review( just star,no writing) I had a call from them to ask me why the bad review. After I explain the issues, the guy told me if I can come to them so they will do a regas free of charge.I did not see the point,as the gas will leak, but I was thinking at least,will blow cold air for a few weeks untill I will sort out the leaking with another garage! Anyway,the guy told me to ask for C.(name) or M.(name) *Been there today, asked for C. or M. but none of them where at work .* I had to explain again the situation to another guy and he told me is not legal to regas AC if it has a leak. So, why did you call me back to garage for a free regas in first place if you knew it is not legal when leaking? Anyway, my mistakes that I trusted them after so many issues!

  Contacted on a week day to arrange tracking and 2 new tyres on our camper van When we arrived on the Saturday as arranged they were running late and then said they didn’t have the specs for our vehicle on their tracking system even though they had the reg number when we made the appointment so they said they would contact us on the following Monday to rearrange . No phone call and now it’s Tuesday and I’ve been waiting nearly 20 minutes so far for someone to answer the phone . Very disappointing and won’t be going back . Maybe should be called Slotyre

  Booked in for an MOT, great friendly service from start to finish. Definetely recommend and will use again in the future.

  My absolute go-to garage. I've been to a variety of different garages over my 19yrs of driving and as a female with a love for civics, a lot of places treat me with hesitation or doubt when I tell them what's wrong. This is the first garage where all the staff I've interacted with, actually work with me, not against me! I know this is really odd to mention but honestly, I've never felt so respected and validated at any other garage. Whenever I ask more questions, they give me more details and explain things (where other places have just dismissed me assuming I won't understand). The work they do is spot on, they're super vigilante and communication is top tier. If they spot anything while doing some work, they always call and let me know the details, then ask what I want to do (instead of just doing it and me coming to a higher bill, which has happened before at other places!). And if there's ever any issues after the work they've done, they're quick to get you back in and resolve it (I've only ever had this happen once over the past 6yrs and it wasn't their fault). Love this garage!
