Very polite and nothing was to much trouble for her. Van was clean and ready to go 10/10 for service

Then, just 20 minutes later, I get a call saying they don’t even have the car I paid for. Instead, they offer me a Peugeot 3008 — a completely different class of vehicle. That’s not a “similar alternative,” that’s a downgrade. When I refused and asked for a cancellation, they processed it, but now I’m left with no car and no money — having to wait up to 7 days for a refund. So not only did they fail to provide the service I paid for, but they’ve also tied up my money in the process. This is a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. If you can’t guarantee the car you’re taking money for, don’t advertise it as available. Completely disrupted my plans. Would not trust them again.
