  Just dropped off the car I rented from Enterprise in Dorchester this morning as I wind down my holiday from Canada. The staff were incredibly helpful. HUGE SHOUT OUT to (I think her name was Yasmin...?) who was a big help to me when I came to get the car. She showed me all the buttons and everything I could possibly want to know about driving on the wrong side of the road, huge confidence boost before heading out. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

  Hired a large van from these guys, we were moving my mother in-law from IOW to Weymouth so everything was planned and booked....three hours before I needed to pick up the van I was told it wasn't available and they didn't have any other vans available, to be told this was unacceptable I would have thought these guys, being a large company would have spare vans but clearly not. Enterprise I'm still waiting for my refund. careful when hiring anything from them,have a plan B.... found out this seems to be a common issue with these guys

  We pre booked a van to move my mum from Dorchester to Newcastle.my brother paid for a flight and train to come down.we got a phone all on the day we were supposed to be getting the van to say there was no vans We’ve been completely dropped in it We’ve now had to pay 2200 for a last minute removal company as we couldn’t get anything else!!! We also booked a hotel to stay over night Sat night on the way to Newcastle which we now won’t be able to use and that’s a loss to us too ! It’s been terrible and had now cost us over £2400!!!! Absolutely disgusting

  I booked a van rental one way to move my elderly mother back up to the North East. Despite receiving a message in the evening two days before to 'check in' for my booking I then got a call early the following morning, around 25 hours before, to say no vans were available. When I rang other local van rental firms the staff all let out a knowing chuckle before doing their best to help - when I asked if this was a common theme with Enterprise you can imagine the answer. In future I would take every precaution, get reassurance the day before that the van is actually available, but be very wary and avoid if you can. Three weeks on and despite Stacy's response to my review below and having spoken to at least three members of staff at Enterprise and Enterprise Dorchester I have not received any response to my complaint so this only leaves me to conclude that there is a culture of indifference to when it comes to recognising the inconvenience caused to customers.

  I would definitely recommend Enterprise in Dorchester. They did their best to source me a van for the day - thank you to Jon and Dean for the excellent service. The van was very clean and tidy inside and out and was lovely to drive. Thank you Jon for helping me out I will most definitely book another van in future ☺️♥️
