- NBNigel Baker6 days ago5.0Efficient, responsive and pleasant staff
- CCCBOct 6, 20265.0Everyone at the Dorchester branch is very polite, professional and easy to deal with (despite hijinks from the insurance company arranging our rental).. Unsurprised there are so many positive reviews from others too. Would very happily rent a vehicle from here again
- LSleigh stephenOct 5, 20265.0Great staff and easy to work with for getting an hire vehicle
- SFSimon FrancisSep 25, 20265.0Great staff, efficient and courteous. Very understanding when I had to extend the hire. Thanks!
- BWBarnaby WhellerSep 15, 20263.0I wish their cars were cleaner. I had a filthy car from an Enterprise Office in France (filthy and it had run out of screen wash with the warning light on when i collected it) and one in the UK (from the Dorchester office) last week that had dirty inside windows. The Dorchester one also had a 1/4 full fuel tank, how do you plan to return it accurately 1/4 full? You either get a penalty or you give them free fuel. Disappointing.
