I've loosened them myself by heating and spraying WD-40. Came back after two days and this time they were able to do alignment to the front and the rear is became not adjustable. Avoid this place.

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
