Booked through Asda tyres, just to be told that Asda tyres doesn't have access to their diary and that they've moved my appointment and have changed the length. Started 30mins later, finished 1 hour after it should have.
Guy at the counter just had cheeky mundane comments and no authentic care.
Don't blame Asda, fix your partnership instead of screwing the customer over.

Have used
Protyre Blandford several times over recent months for our 3 cars and they have been excellent. Friendly helpful staff, Brian, Tracey and Travis on the desk have all been fantastic. Would highly recommend
LADIES BEWARE:
The work is good, and they seem to be open about pricing. The worst thing is the sexism. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe and like I was sub human. I was treated rudely and ignored by an older man who has thinning hair on top he also had a strange voice. But when a man walked in, any man, it was all joy and "sir" "good man" and cheery thank yous.
It's blatant, and seems ingrained in the culture here. Even the coffee machine only gets sorted by the lovely lady working here, all the men ignored it and even said "oh it needs cleaning" that is not a woman's only job. The lady working there is braver than me, and very nice.
The work will get done, and I didn't feel there were hidden charges. But if you can, get a man to drop off your car and wait, you'll have an easier time.
I said something and felt I was treated like an idiot, (I just said, if my AC is broken and a bigger issue than I paid for I won't be able to fix it, the response was a patronising explanation of the machine they use, which I knew, also, rather than asking for the keys he just shook his hand in a *jangling* fashion) It took 1hr for AC.
The man with the limited hair also speaks to his female colleagues dismissively, I heard her ask a question and his response was "obviously" versus when he had to help his male colleague.
It's very uncomfortable in here for women.
Coffee machine is nice though.
You need an appointment to be seen, you can't just turn up. Last time I went it was nearly a week before I could get an appointment, and when I arrived - on time - had to wait more than half an hour to get the work done, was just one replacement tyre. 3 weeks later car failed MOT because they'd put the wrong size tyre on!

We're traveling near Blandford when our Tyre pressure warning light came on, went to the nearest garage which happened to be protyre, the man there told us he would be unable to repair a puncture our replace the Tyre until Monday, it was a Thursday lunchtime. He asked if we had a spare which like most cars these days ours does not. He looked at the Tyre and showed me the damage and said it needed replacing as it was dangerous, the only help he gave us was to inflate it even though you could heat the air coming out so we could drive to the next nearest garage. I have to add that there were no cars being worked on in their bays.
