    Had a very good experience with Enterprise Dundee with a car hire at very short notice on the Friday before a bank holiday weekend when my car broke down whilst on holiday 500 miles from home

    Very good overall experience. Girl behind the counter(unsure of her name) was very helpful and made the process very easy from start to finish. The car I was given was better than I expected and I had no issues with it during the rental. Will be using again :)

    In short, I was very happy with the car quality and service on the day, but then enterpise tried to charge me for damage I did not cause. I can recommend them, but you absolutely must take pictures of all of the car interior and exterior when you are picking it up. I hired a van from Enterprise in March. The van was great, exactly what I needed for a move. All the front desk staff I came to contact with were nice and helpful. No issues with the car. Be ready you will be offered different incurance. If you buy excess protection insurance online it may be quite a bit cheaper so have a look at that. I returned the car, it was inspected and signed off and all was ok. Then about a month later I got an email claiming damages, detialing the repairs that needed to be done. They let me know they will charge me all of my excess and it will be automatically deducted from my car in two weeks. I knew I didn't cause any damage, so I disputed it and asked for timestamped images of the damage to see they took them right after I returned the car. They sent me images of some of the damage with metadata missing, so there was no timestamp. When I pointed it out, they stopped answering. I needed to go to the chat online to get confirmation there was no damage found on the car, and then get in touch with a different agent. Finally, they told me they can't give enough evidence and cancelled the claim. So in the end all was well, but it was unnecesarily stressful.
