  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Dundee. I had paid for my booking using my Monzo card and was told to bring the physical card and driving licence. I was also previously informed that the security deposit could be paid using a card from a major UK bank. However, on arrival, I was told that Monzo and Revolut were not considered “major banks”, cash was not accepted, and foreign/prepaid cards were not accepted unless they were credit cards. This effectively left me with no acceptable payment option, despite having followed the information provided to me. As a result, I lost over £300 on accommodation I had already booked, along with significant time and inconvenience. What made the experience worse was the extremely dismissive attitude of the staff when I tried to resolve the situation. This was completely unacceptable and, in my experience, some of the worst customer service I have encountered. I expect this matter to be investigated and would appreciate an explanation and appropriate consideration of the financial loss I incurred. I will not be using or recommending Enterprise again

  Hired a van for weekend staff very helpful and friendly gave lots of instruction and information. Easy hand over with van when dropping back off.

  Very unproffessional wrong van was dwlivered 6 hours late and wasnt big enough to do what i needed the van forso handed it back was told id get a full refund. Now over 7 days later im still waiting for ths refund even after calling again to chase it up. The price was good the van was wrong and 6 hours late with a warning light for ad blue and im still waiting for my refund. Still £290 out of pocket. I would recommend using an alternative rental company.

  I’m very sorry for leaving my review so late, but things have been simply “busy, busy, busy”! 😊 I would like to highly recommend this place. I rented a van from them over a month ago, and from the very beginning I was extremely impressed. The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, helpful, and very quick. The van was absolutely spotless, freshly washed, well looked after, and smelled lovely inside. Everything was prepared perfectly, exactly as it should be. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I also have something to compare it with, as I previously rented a van from a dealership in Hinckley, England, and unfortunately, it was a completely different experience. The vehicle was dirty, the seats were stained, and there was a very unpleasant smell inside. Overall, it was a terrible experience. So once again, thank you very much for the excellent service, the clean and well-maintained van, and the friendly atmosphere. You really should be teaching others how it should be done! 👏 I would definitely recommend this place and I will certainly use your services again in the future (this Friday 😀)
