This is my third time buying tyres from this shop. In the past, I never had any issues, which is why it's so disappointing to see their standards have dropped.
I bought two tyres, and during the fitting they damaged my wheel bolts. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me to go to a mechanic to have them repaired. I ended up paying £70 for the repair, but when I returned with the receipt and asked to be reimbursed, they refused, even though the damage was clearly their fault.
To make matters worse, just one month later, one of the new tyres they fitted is already losing air and keeps going flat.
I am going back again today. I expect them to take full responsibility for the damage, reimburse me for the mechanic's bill, and fix or replace the faulty tyre. If they refuse to resolve this properly, I will have no choice but to take legal action.
Very disappointed with the service. I cannot recommend this shop based on my recent experience.
