Not happy with the service at all.the manager condescending,rude.and not a man of his word.had 4new tyres on a polo ,one of them kept going down after bin resealed twice.aslo cross threaded wheel hub which had to be replaced.at my cost.hae an antara for test they missed a corroded brake pipe which burst the very same day .had to have the car recovered at my cost again.sent them emails got no replys.next is ..my son had is freshly powder coated wheels in for new tyres he picked them up all scratched the manager admitted they weren't checked and said he would cover cost of re powder coating after agreeing with the manager shaking his hand we left .then soon as we got home a message was sent by the manager saying he was not now going to cover the cost saying my son scratched them himself.the manager would not entertain the fact the damage was caused by the fitters being careless.i certainly won't be going back there maybe I'm old fashioned but once you shake a mans hand that's it .the manger exact words were a couldn't give a flying phuke.bad practice.rude manager .

Very poor experience with this company.. would not recommend anyone us this place. Incompetent staff. Incompetent and very rude manager Matt.. I ordered x 2 tyres for my car.. went in to have fitted.. all was good.. so I thought. Till a phone call from MATT the manager to inform me they had fitted the incorrect tyres on my car.. I had been driving to and from work for weeks.. which is Dangerous.. I risked getting fined for incorrect tyres also alters your speedo so risked get speeding fine... I went in to have the correct tyres fitted to both rear tyres. To find they had took my front wheel off to check something.. and in the process cross threaded and ruined the hub on my car.. which is going to cost me alot to repair.. the Manager is rude the staff are Incompetent.. I would advise check your car for damage before you leave also they have put correct tyres on..
