- EBEdgar BoltonAug 22, 20231.0Do not set foot in this teenage agency that has no professionalism! There is a little manager, a haughty young man with glasses who has decided to ruin our vacation! We had to pick up our rented and paid car, at 5 p.m., we called before to tell him of our delay, following the train. The guy tell us OK to wait 20mins, the time to arrive, and we find ourselves in the middle of the commercial area with the doors closed. Forced to take a hotel when we are expected for an Airbnb, impossible to go there without the car. The next morning, no excuses from him, no empathy when we come to pick up the car, sitting behind his small desk, sipping his coffee and eating his breakfast. He didn't even get up. Then we are told that we cannot recover the car because we have no address in England! Crazy!
