The staff walked around the car with me and said it was not a problem. They even demonstrated the scratch measurement strip to show that the marks were acceptable. However, when I returned the car, they claimed that I was the one who caused the scratches and said I would be charged for the damage. Fortunately, I had taken photos and videos as evidence; otherwise, I might have been charged a large amount. I would not recommend anyone to rent a car from this company. Their behavior is even worse than scammers.
