  Turned up, tried to pay the security deposit, they wouldn't accept my phone contactless as payment, without explanation. I then drive all the way home and back again with my partner who offered to pay the deposit, only then to be told it had to be me not her, without explanation. So I had to go home and dig out a card from all the moving boxes and go back to enterprise for the third time that morning. 200 pounds is 200 pounds, so this all felt very pointless and tiring. Anyway, I finally receive the keys and get in to find the fuel guage on red. Fine, went to a garage. Then, shortly after setting off on the first trip to move house, the ad blue warning light comes on and I eventually had to go back to the branch to get this refilled. Not a great experience and just added to an already stressful moving day.

  Great service at both sites...easy navigation of website when I wanted to change drop off yime and dates. Would recommend

  Booked and paid for a van. Get a phone call telling me they don’t have any available but will be a number of days before they can give me my money back. Absolutely shocking company

  Had a van booked weeks in advance to be told 15 minutes before my due collection time that the branch did not have a van. Needed to move house that day, luckily U-Drive were able to sort me out a van for collection within 2 hours of booking. I know where I’ll be going next time!
