Booked and paid for a van. Got a lift to get there, half way there they call saying nothing available for days.
SORT YOUR STOCK MANAGEMENT OUT!
Dont keep blaming the website, you control how the website stock allocation works. Hire an IT guy if you can't work it out.
Not the only one this has happened to, judging by previous reviews.

On the way to collect a hire car Saturday when phoned to be told it was unavailable. Promised a car would be delivered to my home on Monday morning, which also didn't arrive. Rang and told there was a problem and no other cars available. Avoid this Tiverton branch if you can.

Yes — absolutely. You can leave a Google review as well as a Trustpilot review. They’re separate platforms, so there’s no issue with reviewing the same experience on both.
For Google, I’d actually make it a little shorter and punchier rather than posting the identical Trustpilot review. That tends to read better on Google and makes it feel less like a copied review.

Really disappointing experience with Enterprise Tiverton.
We booked and paid for a van a week in advance for our house move, with collection and return dates confirmed. The day before our move, we were called and told they no longer had a van available. No alternative was offered and they couldn’t even tell us when another van might be available. We were simply told somebody had “messed up”.
We were assured we would receive an immediate refund. Two weeks later, we still have no money back.
We’ve been into the Tiverton branch twice since, receiving apologies and promises of phone calls and refunds, but nothing has happened.
Mistakes happen, but cancelling a van the day before a house move and then failing to refund the customer for two weeks is unacceptable.
For a newly opened branch, this is an extremely poor first impression. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Enterprise Tiverton.

Turned up, tried to pay the security deposit, they wouldn't accept my phone contactless as payment, without explanation. I then drive all the way home and back again with my partner who offered to pay the deposit, only then to be told it had to be me not her, without explanation. So I had to go home and dig out a card from all the moving boxes and go back to enterprise for the third time that morning. 200 pounds is 200 pounds, so this all felt very pointless and tiring. Anyway, I finally receive the keys and get in to find the fuel guage on red. Fine, went to a garage. Then, shortly after setting off on the first trip to move house, the ad blue warning light comes on and I eventually had to go back to the branch to get this refilled. Not a great experience and just added to an already stressful moving day.
