    Can't give zero stars unfortunately. Do not book with enterprise tiverton. Booked a van 5 days ago and get a call on the day, 2 hours before I am due to pick up the van, that there are actually no vans ready for me to take. The assistant manager there confirmed the website let's any booking be made on the website and then only afterwards the individual sites have to see if there is a van they can allocate. Absolutely ludicrous booking system and no empathy or apology for the situation whatsoever from the assistant manager. And apparently it can take them 10 days to refund me when the reason i can't have the van is because of them. Terrible system, terrible service and will never book with enterprise again.
