I've used these guy's many times before, however the last time I took my work van in was for two replacement front tyres and for the tracking to be done, it will be the last. I can only assume they had an apprentice of sorts carry out the job as I'm completely baffled by what happened (the van actually came out worse than it went in!) After leaving the garage the van had a weird metallic rattling sound from the drivers side front wheel and the van was still pulling to the left. The next day I decided I'd better check the wheel nuts were done up tight incase this was the source of the rattle, they were... I decided to take off the wheel centre cap and that's when I found that they had taken the locking pin out of the driveshaft nut (as it was completely missing) and it was the castle nut cover rattling around inside the centre cap which was making the awful sound. The van wasn't like this when it went in and they had no reason to go anywhere near the drive shaft, I can only imagine whoever was doing the job assumed that's how the wheel was removed?? Very strange indeed but that's the last time I'll be using them!

I needed a whole set of tyres urgently and I was able to book and have the work completed on the same day. Great service, efficient and very reasonably priced. In addition, once completed another issue that would have prevented me driving away, and I live nowhere near Newton Abbot was identified, part ordered and fixed all with 45 mins which was amazing and saved me an uncomfortable night away from home.
Really impressed, very grateful for the service I received and would recommend wholeheartedly.

Based on Hunter (Hawkeye?) alignment, booked online for 2no new front tyres and 4 wheel alignment. Reception were polite and clear on timings. Tyre fitting satisfactory - fitter did leave loads of residue grease on rims. They 'aligned' car saying rears were good and only needed 2 wheel (tracking) but clearly programmed the wrong Audi suspension code of 1BA (passive) rather than 1BL (active). Sloppy attention to detail so geometry is still out. Advise BP learn how to use the machine properly before selling this service

I wish I could give lower than one star I have been coming here a few times and spend good money however the bald guy was very racist to me and spoke to me as if I could not speak very very very bad service and certainly no respect given.
