  The four tyres appear to have been fitted correctly, and the work was completed in approximately one hour, which I appreciate\. Unfortunately, the customer service surrounding the fitting was disappointing\. I booked the appointment online and received an email shortly before arriving confirming that the tyres had arrived\. Despite this, the employee appeared unaware of my appointment and asked for my name twice\. We also found the premises difficult to locate\. The satnav indicated that it was on the left, but the business was not clearly visible, and the directions given when we telephoned were not particularly helpful\. After taking the key from my wife, the employee moved the car inside, but nobody explained what would happen, how long the fitting would take or where we should wait\. Meanwhile, other customers arriving without apparent appointments were greeted and dealt with promptly\. We felt largely ignored, so my wife eventually went to Starbucks while I asked the receptionist to telephone when the car was ready\. To be fair, I received a call approximately one hour later\. I returned, inspected the car and then paid the £284 bill\. However, the key was not returned to me, meaning my wife had to go back and collect it\. I also said that I would have appreciated some information about the condition of the old tyres and whether their wear had been even\. I was told that an alignment sheet had been left on the car seat, but no document was there\. Another employee subsequently explained that there was no alignment report because I had not purchased wheel alignment\. I understand that no alignment report would be produced, but I should not have been told that one had been left in the car\. The tyre fitting itself appears satisfactory, but the welcome, communication and handover fell below the standard I expected\. £284 is a considerable purchase for us, and customers should not have to chase for information or for the return of their car key\. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve the experience for future customers\. I also emailed re new or refurb alloy wheels but no reply on that one . And I love the English language and its Tyres not tires ..

  These guys helped me out when I set off for a weeks camping trip in my van, only to find out that the wheel refurbishment place i used balanced the wheels so the weights were rubbing on the caliper. Stopped in to BP and they were able to rebalance the wheel there and then. Took my car in to have a slow puncture investigated today and they were able to fix it quickly and also did me a massive favour and swapped the wheels round for me as the previous garage put the one of the fronts on the back and vice versa. Saved me having to do it on my little drive. Thanks for your help.

  This is where to go for knowledge, expertise and incredibly good service. Darren was terrific and guided me and provided exactly that I needed. I would recommend them to my family as I feel they can be trusted completely and listen carefully.

  Can't thank BP Tyres enough. Really helped me out after I picked up a screw in my tyre while on holiday. They managed to fit me in the same day and get a replacement tyre fitted. Staff were great, very professional, and the price was really competitive. Bob the dog stole the show though! Clearly an important member of the team, helping the fitters by bringing them tyre valves and other parts. 😂 Brilliant service all round. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
