Really impressed with the service at B P Tyres. I turned up without an appointment needing a tyre replaced on my Ford Fiesta, and it was all sorted within 45 minutes. The man on the front desk was friendly and helpful throughout, and the whole experience was straightforward and stress-free. Fair pricing and great customer service. Highly recommended.

I had a puncture late in the afternoon & went to the nearest tyre place which was on the point of closing, Kwik Fit. I was shown a nail in the tyre & told I could book it in for a straightforward repair the next day, the nail being a good distance from the tyre wall. As BP tyres is nearer to my home, I took it there instead. Having booked it in, I received a phone call about 15 minutes later to be told I owed them £122. I was shocked & told him what Kwik Fit had said. He was very unpleasant & said ‘Well, they lied’. Not only did he fit a tyre unnecessarily, but no info was provided re makes & prices of tyres. I was given no opportunity to make a choice - he had already fitted a Falcon, without any reference to me.
My view on why this happened:
I am in my 70s and was alone
The tyre that was removed was a Pirelli
Needless to say, I’ll never go to BP tyres, Kingsteignton again

Burst one of my rear tyres, rang B P Tyres, they quoted, took payment, can out to me, fitted new tyre all done within less than an hour. Friendly efficient and professional. Very competitive, they were £176 cheaper than one of these nationwide online companies. Where tyres are concerned B P will always get our business from now on. Would highly recommend.
