  Just used Enterprise to rent a van to move a bulky load from Devon to Scotland. One way trip, no problem. A good deal and a great service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

  I found the staff very helpful very pleasant. They collected me from my home to pick up the new vehicle. And came back to my home to collect their vehicle very impressed. We definitely use them again.

  We had an incredibly stressful experience after our car broke down. Due to a mix-up with the insurers, we were left waiting for almost 18 hours!!with our young child, with very little help or communication. The one person who truly made a difference was the gentleman at the Enterprise branch in Milton (Kayaks). He went above and beyond to help us when no one else seemed willing to. He even arranged for his friend to bring us a replacement car so we could finally get home. He handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, making the whole process simple and stress-free after such a long ordeal. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help turned an awful day into one we could finally put behind us. We are extremely grateful for everything he did and hope Enterprise recognises what an outstanding employee they have. Thank you for your exceptional customer service,it meant so much to our family.

  Would not reccomend. Booked a van for pick up, paid the full rental price the day before the booking. When we turned up to collect the van, we were told we needed to provide a physical credit card for them to keep, despite there being no mention of this when booking. They offered no solutions to this but said we would be refunded, which did not prove helpful as we had multiple items to collect and had to hurriedly find a different rental company. It took 2 weeks, 3 seperate times calling them, and an online chat before being told the refund had, in fact, never been processed. We eventually received the refund but with a great deal of hassle. Not at all pleased and would not recommend this service. In addition, the location listed on google maps is not where the actual site is, instead it directs you to a petrol station.

  After booking over 2 weeks in advance I was feeling accomplished by getting a van hired ready for our 3 bed house sorted for moving day. Less than 19 hours before we are due to pick up late Sunday Afternoon they EMAILED to cancel my reservation, no phone call no recommendation on the start of the 6 weeks school holiday. Think you need a 101 guide on customer service skills. Lesson learnt Choose local - they're more keen to help you even if its a few quid more. 10 pm on a Sunday evening I managed to find one.
