  We had a replacement car from Enterprise in Marsh Barton whilst our car was being repaired for an insurance claim. Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranged a car delivery without issue and were nice to our children. Communication was always straightforward too!

  !!!!!!!!!AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!! Disappointed booked a medium van on the phone the lady on the phone has told me i will need a debit card at arrival, come to to collect the van the guy started asking me i will need a credit card which was not mentioned on the phone. Then requested to do more details due for what reason i have no idea which said ok. Then another person come through to say they do not have a van available only a small caddy size is available. Will not recommend these corporate companies at all. AVOID AVOID

  DO NOT use this company, they will always find a fault and reason NOT to refund your deposit! On return inspection he went straight to the rear tyre and pointed out what could only be a graze a 5ml mark. He obviously already knew where to go! Rip off merchants taken nearly £170 from my card, will never go back and never recommend

  Jack came through for me after I’d been let down by a local competitor car rental company! As I’d booked through booking.com, somehow I turned up at booking at this other place and they had NO cars for me. Fuming. Went round the corner to Enterprise, explained to Jack that I had people waiting on me to pick them up…. Sorted me with this absolute wagon instantly. Citroen C3 Airscape, very nice car to drive. My details were already in the system from a previous booking at a branch elsewhere in the country. Thank you to his coworker for cleaning it quicksharp too. Also extended my booking over the phone easily a few days later. Thank you Jack for the fantastic customer service, it truly made my weekend. Will never use booking.com for car hire ever again!

  We rented a car from Enterprise via a third party platform. When we turned up, they told us that they could not accept our debit cards, only credit cards, and that because we’d booked through the third party, they couldn’t reach us beforehand. So we were told there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t give us a car that we had already booked. We had just traveled all the way down from London, and were planning to start our drive for a holiday in Cornwall. The man we spoke to said all other companies also typically require a credit card, which turned out to be false. Now I understand this may be the company policy, but if you’re going to list yourself on a third-party platform, then you need to be upfront with policies on that platform. Otherwise do not advertise yourself on the platform. It’s unacceptable to have a customer turn up for their pre-booked rental car, and then for that customer to be turned away without a solution. Funnily enough, I called three rental companies after that to try and frantically sort a car out last minute and they all accept debit card. So it was a lie when we were told credit cards are required at all other car rental companies. As it was school holidays the first two places I called had no cars. Luckily Days Rental had one car left which we were thankfully able to hire quite easily with our debit card.
