Much prefer dealing directly with them .They treat you as an individual cannot thank them enough.We have used this branch on and off for a few years renting cars and last year had to hire vans for house move and again had great service from all the team .

We initially had some issues with the payment card, but the staff were very helpful and patient in resolving everything. It could perhaps be stated more clearly in advance that debit cards are only accepted for UK residents, as this caused a bit of confusion for us. Other than that, the service was great — the team was very friendly, gave us useful tips on places to visit, and the whole process was smooth. The car we received was almost brand new, very reliable, and had great modern features that we really appreciated during our trip. The return check was quick and without problems, and we received our deposit back within two days. Overall, a positive experience and we would happily rent from them again.
