  The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the rental process was smooth and straightforward. Overall, I had a positive experience with Enterprise and would happily use the service again.

  Excellent service. No waiting. They got me on the road quickly and explained everything that I needed to know. Completed the checks very quickly when I got back. Polite, courteous and made me laugh. Definitely will use again.

  Our experiences with this company: In June 2025, we booked a Nissan Juke automatic at Manchester Airport. However, the vehicle we ordered was not available, so we were given a Ford Kuga Hybrid. That's when the drama began. The vehicle broke down the very next day. After almost 10 phone calls, which took over 3 hours, to various departments at Enterprise, a repair vehicle was sent to us. However, the mechanic refused to repair a hybrid vehicle on the road. He informed Enterprise of this and left. We had to make several more phone calls, and each time we were told that help would arrive soon. Indeed, after three more hours, a new mechanic arrived, but he had no expertise in hybrid vehicles, so he soon left too. After yet more phone calls (always with endless waiting loops, by the way) and a total of eight (!) hours of waiting, a taxi drove us to our hotel. A replacement vehicle was supposed to be brought there the next day. Of course, this did not happen. On our own initiative, we then drove to the nearest town to an Enterprise branch. After lengthy discussions, they offered us a Fiat 500. This was then supposed to be exchanged the next day for a vehicle in the class we had booked – we agreed to this – but again, nothing happened. After returning from our trip, we complained about the entire handling of the situation and requested appropriate compensation. After initially friendly correspondence, Enterprise broke off communication – and has done so to this day. Conclusion: This is an extremely dubious and untrustworthy behaviour of this company, because so many failures in a row do not happen by chance; there's probably a business principle behind it.
