  Our experience was excellent, all the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Our main interaction was with Brandon, who was outstanding and a real credit to the business. He was personable and professional, enquiring as to the purpose of our visit etc. The offer of a new GLE 450d, for our 5 day golfing trip, just elevated our experience to the best car hire ever. Key to this positive review however is the obvious high standard of customer service offered by the team at Exeter Airport, we witness similar care and consideration given to other customers renting vehicles around the same time. Thank you.

  Pick up was fine, but don’t have a problem, your almost completely on your own, wont return calls, wouldn’t repair and return car, return calls are not happening !! we were basically stranded . Was told at another branch of Enterprise “ maybe we could fine a car by weekend / 4-5 days away !!! We Cancelled holiday, returned home 9 days early ! This was a driving trip !

  Scam, please don’t hire via this company. They recently extorted me for an estimated cost of up to £350.00 for zero damage to a tyre. Gave me a script about compliance and safety. Please see attached photos as evidence. The initial hire was very good value through Booking.com. Obviously too good to be true. Please be aware!!! They have insisted on replacing the tyre !!!

  We can thoroughly recommend Enterprise Car hire, they were professional in the way they delivered the car to us, which was exceptionally clean and new. If we needed to phone them, they were friendly and professional on the phone and very helpful. And when we finished with the courtesy car, they collected it on time . We would use the again .

  Zeer slechte ervaring met twee medewerkers van dit bedrijf. Het voelde alsof er koste wat kost naar schade gezocht werd totdat er iets gevonden was. Uiteindelijk werd een klein hapje van ongeveer 1 cm in de voorband als schade aangemerkt. Opvallend genoeg werd een bestaande diepe kras op de velg (precies onder de bandschade) die duidelijk al aanwezig was, volledig genegeerd. Hierdoor krijg ik sterk het gevoel dat er niet objectief wordt beoordeeld en dat je als klant onterecht op extra kosten wordt gejaagd. Update naar aanleiding van de reactie van Enterprise: Als klantgerichtheid daadwerkelijk zo hoog bij jullie in het vaandel staat, waarom wordt dit dan niet proactief opgelost in plaats van mij enkel door te verwijzen naar een klachtenformulier op jullie website, waarvan ik eerlijk gezegd weinig vertrouwen heb dat er überhaupt een inhoudelijke reactie op zal volgen? Wederom ben ik zeer teleurgesteld in de manier waarop dit wordt afgehandeld! Inmiddels heb ik ook Sunny Cars, waarmee wij het huurcontract hebben afgesloten, geïnformeerd over deze gang van zaken en wat ik ervaar als een zeer klantonvriendelijke en misleidende werkwijze.
