    Car Booking apparently not received from travel agency, although the agency is saying the opposite... Finally no car available. Not willing to help! I lost 1 hour waiting for nothing…. I finally went to Europcar, who welcomed me warmly. And they managed to find me a car for the week.

    Great experience with Enterprise at Exeter Airport! The staff were very friendly, and both the pick-up and drop-off processes went smoothly. We were upgraded to a car with higher clearance, which turned out to be very helpful on the Cornish roads. The car was spotless and in excellent condition. Luckily, we didn’t have any accidents, but I would still recommend taking coverage for tires and roadside assistance, as we saw several cases of flat tires during our trip.

    Booking process was easy online, easy to follow with good choice of vehicles available to choose from. Customer centric team at Exeter Airport, check-in and out was efficient, the car allocated drove well. Having used Enterprise at another location deciding to use them again was the right choice, well done Exeter Airport team, thank you

    We secured a great price on a hire car for a few days in Cornwall at the end of April, 2026. Following the recent events in the Middle East, we decided to use the train and get a small hire car. The staff at Enterprise were pleasant and helpful, both over the phone, on email and in person. They even gave us an upgrade at no extra cost as all of the small cars were booked out. The only down side was getting dropped off at the Airport by the 4A bus and not having a clue that the Car Rental Offices were now situated just off site from the airport, across the road. I got there eventually! 🤦🏻‍♂️ The young lady (Annie) who served us (and checked us back in) was helpful and very personable. When we’re back in the South West and we use train or plane, we’d definitely use Enterprise again. Annie is a credit to her employers. 😎
