    I arrived for pick up and the whole procedure took about 10 minutes, moreover I was given a larger car than the one I reserved (which I was happy about). The sensor on one of the tyres turned on just before I was about to leave (not surprising in this heat) but, Brandon did a 360 check and sorted it all out for me within minutes. When I went to return the car, the pickup point was very busy, nonetheless, I was attended to by Brandon again within 10 minutes, he was yet again very polite and professional. Highly recommended.

    There was a mistake with booking time, instead of calling or emailing me, they released the car which had already been booked and paid for. I then re booked and got confirmation. Then got another email stating not availability, do not come. I then called enterprise and spoke to someone who booked me a car in another location 30 mins drive away, I got confirmation only to be told they didnt have a car avalaible. I am on a business trip and have wasted a day. Very helpful at Avis at exter airport and I am now on the way a day late due to bad communication and customer service.

    Jonny and Finn went above and beyond when my car broke down in Plymouth and I was left without a vehicle. Jonny arranged a taxi to pick me up and even stayed past the end of his shift to make sure I had a replacement vehicle before I left. He also took the time to ask about my car and made sure the replacement vehicle was a suitable size for my needs. To make things even easier, he kindly agreed that I could leave the car in Plymouth rather than having to return it to Exeter. Excellent customer service from both Jonny and Finn. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. 10/10!
