Quality service and went above and beyond.
Being a visitor from Wales just starting my holidays I found I had a puncture in my tyre at 12.15 on a Saturday afternoon. Stopped into 2 other Tyre Depots to try and see if they could help me on my way but both said either they were to busy or they closed at 1pm.
Then I noticed Teapes Tyres and thought I would chance my luck and they duly obliged. Not only that but they checked my other tyres and found the front two were also a bit near the mark. So as it was near closing time they pulled out all the stops and like a Formula 1 pit stop team they had all three changed and I was soon on my way. The cost was very reasonable and the service was second to none.
Quality service and a great set of lads who could have said "no way as we clock off soon" but they asked the team to muck in and get me on my way. I don't normally give many reviews but today I had such great service that they deserve my praise.
Many thanks lads and your a credit to the company.
