  Very lovely and helpful people! One of the best rental car experience I had. Very helpful and even opened the shop slightly before the opening time for me to not miss my train.

  If I could 0 stars I would. Do not hire a car from this branch. We have been stranded 200 miles away from home after booking in the early AM for a car the following day. At 5pm this evening WE called them to confirm and they tell us there is no car available AND they have called up loads of other branches to source a car and no other branch had any availability to get a car in either. Noone called to tell us this and we received no communication from them. We had to call them to find this out! They said we were told in the confirmation email its subject to availability. Nowhere in the email does it say this. Their manager told us head office had to switch off their availability online and it's a long process to do this so people could continue to book even if there was no availability. So we called head office who then told us this was appalling and not true. They said the branch can do this (switch off their website) and from his screen, other local branches DO have availability. They have clearly lied to cover their backs for appalling customer service.

  Great customer service from all members of staff. Easy to navigate online system. All staff gave excellent customer service and explained everything in detail with a chance for me to ask any questions. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using enterprise again.

  Avoid if you need a car reliably!! Absolutely disgraceful service. We booked and paid IN FULL on the 10th of April for a 7-seater, for pickup in Barnstaple on Monday 13th of July — over three months' notice. Despite this, at 3pm on the Sunday, less than 24 hours before we were due to collect it, they called to tell us the car wasn't available. Why? Because it had been returned to their Exeter branch instead of Barnstaple, their own logistical failure, not ours. They then had the audacity to ask us to delay our pickup to Tuesday, as if our plans didn't matter. When we said that didn't work, they simply had no car for us. Three months of notice and they still couldn't get this right. To make it worse, we are STILL waiting for our refund. If you need a car you can actually rely on, book elsewhere — Enterprise clearly can't manage basic logistics or honour bookings made months in advance.
