Ordered 4 tyres for my Toyota hilux and had a time and date to fit them which was very convenient unfortunately the locking wheel nut key broke on the first wheel and they couldn’t be fitted on that day,straight away a new time and date was arranged which fitted in perfectly with my schedule the next day.
Collected the truck later that day with them all fully fitted.
I can’t recommend castle tyres any more than with the professional service they provide and will recommend them to others

Not a good experience, booked to have 2 new tyres fitted , when I arrived on the date and time they claimed to have put in the diary they knew nothing about it , sent away for 2 hrs while they closed for lunch and tried to find some tyres , eventually fitted after a 3 hour wait , only to find later on that they had not replaced the key to the locking wheel nuts , of course this was denied, wouldn't use them again or recommend tgem

After being let down by the AA sending a local call out tyre service, not equiped for motorcycle tyre removal;
Castle Hill Tyres gave an unbelieveable service !
Very polite, accomodating staff who went above and beyond; to fit in a motorcycle puncture repair in between other jobs.
Delay to my motorcycle touring weekend, was minimal.
Can't praise enough !
