I’d had some suspension work done elsewhere and suspected the alignment needed adjusting. The difference was outstanding! All done on time, within the hour stated and at a very reasonable price. I explained I have an elderly person at home with dementia and had to pay a carer to sit with her so could they see to my car asap Their response was your number 4 in the queue ( what queue their were no other cars waiting) I questioned this and they said there are cars booked in before me If there were where were the cars ? No other cars outside and I got there literally as they opened! They told me to home as they cant say at all how long it will take to diagnose. I explained it wasn't an option as I live 15 miles away and unfortunately dont have anyone to take me etc Their garage is on the middle of a trading estate so limited to where I can go to potentially sit there " all day " I cant get my head round the fact they tell everyone to get there at 8.30 and even if they dont the fact is I was the 2nd car there so why am I number 4 They could of been sympathetic to the fact I have my mother at home with dementia and carers having to stay so I need to get home All they advised is to bring it back another day I will be in the same situation not everyone has someone to ferry them round plus I would be a number 10 or something If my appointment time was 8.30 and the other cars must of been after myself otherwise they would all be parked up waiting like myself Total lack of empathy could not care less attitude If its my battery etc later today at what time I dont know I WILL NOT be letting rhino tyres do the work Will take my car to a professional independent garage ! Currently sat in Costa which they didnt even suggest I walk to in the pouring down rain on the phone to the carers trying to get them to stay I know thats not your problem but fact is 2nd car there 4th car to be seen

- DRDaniel RobertsAug 29, 20262.0I booked my car in for alignment online as it was half price and conveniently near my workplace. I arrived and waited while they took my car into the service bay, chatting to another customer while there who had come.for.a free ac check and was told his car, rather rudely, required 4 new tyres despite passing it's MOT the week before. After about 20 mins the "technician" informed me they couldn't do the alignment and my car required parts before they could do proceed. I asked what and they took me over to my car and pointed out rather snottily that they could not turn the bolts required to perform the alignment. I said I would take the car and get the nuts slackened off and return in the morning. I took my car home and spent all of 15 mins on my back on my driveway with just a spanner and a can of WD40 and managed to do what a fully tooled up service centre with ramps and trained "technicians" couldn't perform. Overall I won't be returning as I feel the standard of the employees attitude and ability is far below what I expect of a garage advertising the services it does.
