- SDSean DowdyOct 1, 20261.0I am writing this review to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service at Protyre. I left my car in their care for a simple tyre change, but while I waited, an employee crashed another car directly into mine this was totally unnecessary as they had the keys to my car and could of quite easily moved mine. This resulted in a lengthy insurance claim, multiple days off work to resolve the issues, and a significant amount of stress. To make matters worse, one of the new tyres pro tyre fitted had a leaking valve despite paying extra for new valves, forcing me to pay another garage to fix the slow leak. When I contacted the head office to voice my complaint, they seemed unbothered by the entire situation. I was also billed £850 for the service, and was informed about the crash immediately after payment was taken even though they knew what damge had been done to my car . Given this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
- STSimon ToftAug 9, 20265.0Great service tbf, whenever I've called they've fitted me in to sort my tyres out. Reasonably priced I think, even if it wasn't a prompt service makes up for it. Very limited alternatives Friendly staff
- ABAndrew BlaikieMay 28, 20265.0I found that my air-con was nit working. By going online, it was very easy to book a day and time for a check and air con service the next day. Called in at the selected time and the work was carried out promptly and successfully. Great service and fully recommended.
- CAChris AkisterMay 5, 20265.0Visited to have them check and regas the air conditioning for the car. All done and dusted within the hour and a lot cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere Staff were helpful, definitely would consider using this garage again.
- MWMichelle WalmsleyFeb 22, 20185.0Awesome staff, very friendly, will always use them, highly recommended. Rick
