- MPMark PashleyApr 20, 20261.0Took my daughters Yaris here as it seemed one of the front brake calipers wasn’t releasing fully. Left the car with them for a while. When we came back we were told the car would need a new caliper, brake disc and pads. The caliper was rubbing and it had damaged the other items. Total cost over £450. Wasn’t happy at the price so went away. Had the car serviced and MOT’d at a local mechanic to us who charged us £25 to remove and clean the caliper. Also confirmed the disc and pads were absolutely fine. The car sailed through the MOT with 0 advisories. I believe they were taking advantage of a young girl with L plates on her car (at the time). £450+ when it just needed cleaning. Beware of coming here and always get a 2nd opinion from somewhere else if you do.

They called me at 13.45 to say they didn’t have a jack big enough to lift my van yes that’s correct a tyre garage with inadequate equipment…!! Why do they sell tyres if they can’t complete the job ..!! The managers attitude wasn’t what you call friendly definitely one to avoid
- JMJames milwardFeb 20, 20261.0Terrible company. I had my tracking done on brand new tyres, less than a 1000 miles later inside edges completely gone. When I went in to speak to them I was behind another person also complaining who they were slightly aggressive with and laughed out the shop. I then got fobbed off that tracking can go out by going up a hill the wrong way!

Do I need to have a pre-booked appointment?

What are you doing to safeguard your employees and your customers?
We are COVID-19 secure and have signed the COVID-19 secure declaration. All our garages adhere to strict COVID-19 protocols including all employees wearing face coverings at all times.
Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?
To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.
What do I do if I can’t bring my vehicle to your garage?
If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
