  I cannot praise the team at Enterprise in Ilkeston highly enough. After someone drove into the back of my car, a hire car was arranged through the other driver’s insurance. From the beginning, the staff at Ilkeston were incredibly helpful and supported me every step of the way. The repairs to my own car took much longer than expected, and I ended up needing the hire car for approximately three weeks. During that time, the team kept arranging extensions and contacting the insurance company for approval. Having them deal with that side of things took a real weight off my shoulders and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. What really stood out was their willingness to help throughout the whole process. When repairs drag on, it’s reassuring to have people you can rely on to keep things moving and help you stay on the road. I felt looked after, and I genuinely appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me. Even at the end of the hire, their excellent service continued. I couldn’t get to the branch to return the car, so they arranged to collect it from me. That extra help made a big difference and rounded off a very positive experience. A huge thank you to everyone at Enterprise Ilkeston. Your care, helpfulness and customer service deserve recognition. Please carry on doing what you’re doing, because the service I received was second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to anyone. Top-class service from start to finish!   Overall the team at enterprise Ilkeston from the start to finish were Amazing.. I was picked up by Emma after dropping my vehicle off at the garage and she was brilliant and the car I should of had had a tyre issue, so I had another car , Mazda CX-5. Wow an amazinzing car. And I cant remember all of the names unfortunately, but Brynie, Liam, Nate and the gent I dropped the car off, Especially Brynie and Liam were all very helpful throughout my experiance and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also the main office team deserve a shout out as well for their help... Thank you to all..

  I was totally let down at the last minute. I booked and paid for a van rental and received a couple of phone calls to confirm the size of van I wanted. However, at 6.30pm, the night before I was due to pick up the van, I was phoned and told it had been written off and there was no other van available for me anywhere. I have only used Enterprise van hire twice (the first one in Enfield) and both times, I have been told that the van had been written off! The first time, I was offered a different van, but this time I was left completely in the lurch, after everywhere else had closed for the day. Very disappointing and totally unreliable.
