  The absolute best service bar non. I've used many tyre shops in the derby area over the years and now I've found cts wheels and tyres protyre derby I won't use any other. They have my repeat business long term and I would highly recommend them. Their service is exceptional. They go above and beyond to meet your needs, they're reliable and extremely efficient. On several occasions I've needed tyres on special order and not only have they beat the prices of their competitors by a good margin they also get the job turned around and completed in record time and to a high standard. Clean workshop and waiting area, friendly and helpful staff. Overall an excellent experience and a pleasure to do business with.

  Very disappointed to be writing this review as initially i was extremely impressed with Protyre Derby. I came across an advertisement last year for an offer Protyre Derby had for aircon regassing and booked in very easily online. The regas was carried out very quickly and the customer service was great. Very friendly, explained everything and came across very professional. When it came to my MOT this year i decided to return to Protyre Derby. Again i booked online and arrived a little early for my MOT which was booked for 9.15am. I had decided to wait for my car in the waiting room as id been told it would take about an hour. I ended up waiting nearly 2 and half hours for my car and despite being in the waiting room it was only at the point my car was done that i was told there had been an issue with a piece of testing equipment and they had already been running behind that had caused the delay. Understanding that things can happen, i accepted the apology and asked for a quote to correct an advisory that had been picked up on this MOT before i left so i call check dates and call and book the car in at a later date. Unfortunately, it took ay least 10 occasions of trying to call and being on hold for a minimum of 20-30 minutes each time before i finally managed to book the car back in for the repair. A couple of days before the repair i called to double check what time my car was booked in for the repair and how long they would have my car. Again, i was waiting on the phone 35 minutes before it was answered and i was told the car was booked in for 9.30am and the slot was for 2 hours. I dropped my car off at around 9am on the day and was told it was good the car had been dropped off early and that they would call as soon as it was complete. I decided to do some errands for a couple of hours in the area and then collect my car. 4 hours later and i still had heard nothing about the car so i decide to call and see if there was any issue or why there was such a hold up on getting my car back. Nearly 40 minutes of waiting on the phone and no one answering and i decided to gp back to Protyre Derby and find out what was going on, at this point they have had my car nearly 5 hours for a 2 hour repair slot and ive had zero communication. I arrive to find my car parked up outside and a guy sitting at the front desk so im not sure why my call was left on hold so long and the guy imediately states that ive just saved him a job as he was just about to call me but not that i would probably believe him! I asked if my car was done and he said yes and they had a bit of trouble with getting the right nearside drive shaft boot. No apology or further explanation. Then im left standing there for 10 mimutes because now he cant find the paperwork for the work carried out on my car. He eventually says he can take the payment and he will email over the copies of the paperwork carried out and my payment receipt and he confirmed he had the right email. Shockingly ive still not received my paperwork for the repair or a copy of my payment receipt. I have called and been left on hold for nearly 30 minutes and cant speak to anyone and ive also emailed protyre derby direct and asked for my paperwork and receipt and had zero reply! Shocking customer service and will be putting in a complaint. FYI, I have already emailed the email you provided below Eddie and i am yet to receive a reply!
