Used excel on a recommendation from a work colleague, I can’t recommend enough, receptionist booked me in over phone was polite and informative, revived updates by text message and pictures of my car in workshop, full quote for work needing to be done, very professional and very competitive price, I will definitely be using excel in the future, well done to you all at excel.

I recently took my car to this garage for a service, and it was the first time I had used them. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient.
A few weeks later, I returned because I had noticed a rattling noise coming from underneath my car. The team investigated the issue straight away, had the car for around 30 minutes, and quickly identified and fixed the problem.
The quality of work was excellent on both visits, and the prices were very reasonable. It's reassuring to find a garage that is honest, professional, and provides great customer service. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.
