It took 34 days to get my £100 deposit back because the staff managed to mess up the refund amount three separate times. Despite making multiple phone calls to chase it up, the issue still wasn’t resolved promptly. On one occasion, I was left on hold for over 40 minutes.

A fantastic car rental experience I have rented from Enterprise many times, and my recent 6-day rental experience with the Llandudno Junction branch was by far the best I've ever had. Vehicle ready on arrival: It sounds simple, but at other branches I’ve often had to wait 5 to 15 minutes while a car was "being cleaned" or "brought over." Here, the vehicle was spotless, checked, and waiting in the bay before I even walked in. Full tank of fuel: Many branches hand cars over with partial tanks, but starting with a full tank meant I could hop in and begin my journey completely hassle-free. This also made returning it straightforward—just fill it back up, with no guessing games about over- or under-filling. Friendly and professional staff: The team took the time to explain the controls, thoroughly answered all my questions, and made sure I was fully prepared before setting off. Crucially, there was zero pressure to purchase optional excess protection. To top it off, the manager kindly offered us a lift to a nearby spot after we returned the vehicle. I would gladly rent from this branch again when returning to North Wales, and I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

My experience since initial contact by phone to discuss my hire car requirements right through collection and return was A1. Well maintained car at good price - will certainly make Enterprise my first choice for car rentals in the future. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you Aaron ant all the Team.

Used this branch a couple of times over the past couple of months after the sudden passing of my dad. We needed a larger car to get family to and from the funeral. We then needed a car to get me around whilst I purchased a new car after having to give my dad's motability car back. The staff here were so kind and understanding and really do go above and beyond to help. Super polite and professional. Thanks so much guys
