When questioned, the explanation given was that the wheels were “not new,” which is unacceptable. Customers pay for a service and expect the job to be done properly regardless. It is also concerning that customers are asked to wait in reception and cannot see the work being carried out. Overall, poor workmanship, poor communication, and not good value for money. I would not recommend based on my experience

When it comes to tyres I have always used Denton Tyres probably as long as they have been there? As i have been driving around 63 years. Never had bad service. Happy to say same today. Car got examined whilst I waited in reception, where i had a good crack with the staff. EXCELLENT experience as usual. Made better by not requiring new pricey tyres. When they are down another couple of mm I will be there for replacements 5 Star Service.

To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
