  I went to pay at pump for £20.02 I had £90.86 balance in my acc., the card declined as they tried to take £120. So i went inside and paid cash. Tescos have still got my £90.86 pending in my account. I cannot contact any one nor can I go shopping or do anything because you have had my only money for 5 hours. This is absolutely disgusting.

  The staff here are so rude it’s unreal. I come here a lot and every time you come in and they serve you ( if you can call it that ) they’re either on their phones or having a full blown personal conversation with the other member of staff sat next to them. I don’t want to know was Susie text Jimmy or what you did on the weekend! They don’t acknowledge you when you go to pay. You pay and say ‘ thank you ‘ as you’re leaving and they just ignore you. Every single time I go in it’s the same. This morning a guy was talking to a middle aged blonde woman and didn’t even acknowledge me. He scanned my item and I had petrol but I just stood there silent until he was done with his chit chat to which he said ‘ yeah? I’ve done it you can pay ‘ and I said ‘ well you were having a personal conversation while customers are trying to pay ‘ he didn’t ask my pump number or give me an opportunity to say it because he was deep in conversation about personal stuff but he cut me off and said ‘ wanna receipt? No?? ‘ SO rude! Last time I went in, same thing happened. Just personal conversations and the female tried charging me for another pump which was significantly less than what mine was. Me being me was honest and told her it was incorrect and that mine was a different pump. I wish I hadn’t now given how rude they are and how they treat customers. Stinks in there too of mould and damp. It’s gross.
