In this day and age, you should be able to get through to someone on the phone, but these guys don't answer at all. I've been trying their phone for a couple of days now and still no luck. You might as well take your car somewhere else because they don't speak when you need them. The service is absolutely terrible overall!

It was light, clean and comfortable. Free refreshments with knowledgeable and experience staff who are eager to help and inform you. A welcome contrast from the knuckle-dragging half bakes who I've previously and successfully seeked compensation. The waiting room is a far cry from the grim, tacky-floored, cramped, teen mechanic-congregated cesspits I've experienced. It's light and airy with charge points, choice of two loos, good furniture, drinks and NO bacteria riddled 'what car' magazines dated July 2019. My car was fixed in good time and I was kept informed throughout. I highly recommend this place, it's not your ' they see you coming' set up. They won't process you like cattle. Think of it more like a maitre d taking your coat at a restaurant. Getting to know you and perhaps give you a free aperitif to gain trust. Nice work!

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
