  This was a hire car paid for by my insurance company, an Alpine Symbioz, which had only around 20k on the clock, the staff gave excellent customer service in explaining all the functions of the car, couldn't ask for more.

  Terrible experience from Enterprise. Phoned the branch and you have to go through an automated system that eventually connects you with a call centre somewhere. Had to be put through to the branch and given a ridiculously expensive quote which was 30% more than the website. Employee was rather facile and didn’t really have an explanation for the costs. After nearly 15 mins I just gave up with them…

  Everything was seamless in hiring a vehicle from the Truro branch, from the first point of contact up until and including the return of the vehicle. The staff are very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, and I would recommend anyone looking to hire a vehicle in the area, to give Enterprise a go. You won't be disappointed! Thank you 😊

  A BIG shout out to Warren who went far beyond what was expected to help us out. After breaking down on a motorbike the RAC arranged for a hire car to get us home. Unfortunately, vital information wasn't passed on correctly, meaning we were too late to attend the local Enterprise depot to collect a hire car and being that this was on a Saturday we would have to find local accomodation and wait till the following Monday to sort things out. Thankfully, on calling another Enterprise depot, we spoke to Warren. After explaining our position he immediately arranged, via the RAC, to have a taxi pick us up to get to him whilst he arranged a hire car for us to collect. Without his intervention the whole situation would have been an absolute disaster. I can not put into words my utmost thanks to him apart from to say a massive 'THANK YOU WARREN !!' Because of him we would definitely use Enterprise again if we ever needed to hire a car DH

  Truro Enterprise car rental were excellent and very helpful. Excellent car and wonderful service. Picking us up and delivering us back to the train station. Very grateful thank you
