Very rude receptionist! Hung up on me. I was nothing but polite to her. Because she didn't have any mechanical knowledge. Apparently I was confusing her by asking for an engine regeneration, mot and some tracking done. I explained id had an mot fail and this was the last part that I needed for the pass. She was trying to get me to have a mechanic look the car over before doing the work to charge me more and to pay for a scan when ive already had a scan done and know what the issue is. I rang Philips Mot before and they comprehended and followed everything i said was needed done but didn’t have the time to get it is as early as I was hoping for. Call these might aswell spoke to a brick wall. 100% do not recommend.

Phoned up this morning as my car had an engine warning light fault. Sorted by early afternoon, great service , polite, friendly, just what you could hope for. Very good value. Glad I didn’t go to the main dealership .

We had a blow out on one of our tyres on the way home from Whitsand bay managed to get to Torpoint tyres who took a look, but even thou they didn’t have our tyre in stock they were very very helpful and told us who to go to which we did and we made it back to Swindon, thank you very much John and his team you were all very helpful and would highly recommend you to anyone.
