    AVOID ENTERPRISE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Absolutely disgraceful. Enterprise ruined our entire holiday. We had a car booked and fully paid for, yet they failed to provide it and left five of us stranded at Newquay Airport late at night, with no public transport left. Their staff were bullshiting us, made promises about a replacement car, and then disappeared and left us to sort everything out ourselves. In the middle of nowhere late at night. We had no choice but to order a £133 taxi ourselves just to reach our accommodation. Their staff promised they would cover the cost — then later refused to pay it. We were left without a car for the entire holiday, forcing us to cancel plans, lose prepaid tickets and spend hundreds more on alternative transport. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday became a nightmare of stress, frustration and unnecessary expense. The lies, broken promises, complete lack of accountability and shocking lack of basic customer care were beyond unacceptable. They took our money, failed to provide what we paid for, abandoned us at night, made promises they refused to honour, and completely ruined our holiday. AVOID ENTERPRISE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

    Amazing staff at Newquay magawn Airport Evie and Jack were just fantastic so professional and service witha a smile just excellent service very helpful and saved me a lot of money done me a great deal I'm so pleased thankyou very much Evie Jack and his assistant I didn't get his name but fantastic well done.

    To Jacob and Harry, Thank you for organising transport for my mum and I. It was very difficult circumstances for us and you both were so patient and helpful, going over and above allowing me to drive a car home when the size of the van I had ordered was too large. The car was a Mini S, automatic. They took the time to explain what the car does and helped me to connect my phone maps to drive the 5 hours back home. I have tried to call a couple of times to say thank you.

    One member of staff behind the desk. Friday night. Queue of 50. Unbelievable. The one member of staff was brilliant though. She needs a pay rise.
