  Enterprise Newquay – Absolutely Disgraceful Service Absolutely furious with the service I received from Enterprise in Newquay. I had booked a van and turned up at the agreed time to collect it, only to be told they didn’t actually have a van available. What made the situation even worse was being told, in effect, “you don’t hire a van, you hire a slot” — and if they don’t have a van when you arrive, then tough. What an absolutely ridiculous attitude to have towards a paying customer. If I book and pay for a van, I expect a van to be available when I turn up. I don’t expect to be told that my booking apparently means nothing because they can simply run out of vehicles. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my time and completely disrupted my plans. The whole point of making a reservation is to have some confidence that the vehicle you booked will actually be there. Enterprise Newquay seriously need to rethink how they treat customers. I certainly won’t be rushing back, and I’d think very carefully before relying on them for a van when you actually need one To make matters even worse I am now chasing my money after 14 days and still hav not received it

  Charged me for a scratch already on the car. Can’t show me any proof other than them saying it wasn’t there previous when I have photos of it otherwise. I wouldn’t use and if you do make sure you drag them off their seats to check a car which should be procedure in my opinion.

  Great car rental. Fast, courteous and chill staff. Generous rental terms where minor damage to wheels isn't considered damage at all. No crowds when I went. Gave me a good Vauxhall with 38,000 miles. My deposit was released within an hour of returning. There were two things to keep in mind though - 1) prices are high, I paid 150 EUR for 48 hours. 2) the staff are too chill with the checks and don't present a check-in or check-out report for the car unless you ask for it.

  We had a situation with the rented car from london hounslow enterprise, they didn’t help us in anyway but ENTERPRISE NEWQUAY team understood our situation, helped us in all the way possible. Very much thankfull to Newquay team. They gave us replacement to reach London.

  Terrible service, turned up at 8am to collect the van we booked and we were told it wasn’t available and that we had been contacted prior. After checking the emails we were contacted at 7am on the day to say the van was unavailable and they had no other vehicles. We were moving that day, hence the van booking, completely messed up the day for us and the staff were all rude and unhelpful. We ended up calling Merlin Van Hire in Summercourt and they were super attentive and sorted us a van within 16 minutes, so highly recommend them instead of Enterprise. Still waiting on my refund for the booking
